Food was cold and wrong. Had to ask for silverware. Had to ask for refills on drinks. Asked for coffee creamer twice before... getting any. Waitress never checked to see how things were. They weren't even busy for dinner time on a Friday night. Wont bereturning. Two thumbs way down. Read more

Waitress didn't want to wait on had to ask for our drinks she wouldn't come near our table and didn't give my husband or... daughter a knife to cut their meat with! The other waitress waiting on the tables behind us was on her game wish we had had heras our server! Won't be going back! Read more

Bob Evans is open on every major holiday, the employees knew this when they took the job, we rarely eat out but any more it just... isn't worth it, our hostess was very uninterested and did the very least she had to, our waitress made us feel like we wereimposing on a holiday...as if we should be out doing something else instead of eating at Bob Evans, no greeting nonothing...just a "what do you want to drink", we were pressured into ordering after telling her twice that we needed more time,there were only two other guests in the restaurant and it was 90+ degrees with a heat advisory, so we just wanted to cool offand take our time, so we just made a decision, the food was good but not what we would've picked had the waitress allowed usmore time, gotten many farmhouse feasts from here to go on Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, but this is the last time thatI'll eat inside on a holiday Read more
Bob Evans in Princeton,TN I had just arrived to my destination decided to stop for a hot meal. Picked out from the 55+senior... menu. The waitress was very nice and attended to me in every need. When it came to leaving my check I noticed my amount wasn'tcorrectly and I was over charged. Called the waitress to the table and told her I ordered from the senior menu. She said shewill take to the cashier. She come back telling me that there is no senior button. I suggested to renew the receipt and voidthe first receipt and notify their Manager. She comes back with a new receipt. I did leave waitress a good tip. Read more
Went at around 8pm and had bad service. All of our food came out cold, we never received the appetizer we ordered, and the hash... browns were undercooked. Also waited around 15min for a refill?got one when the manager came out to check on us. The pot roastmeat was good, but I don't recommend getting the sandwich. The bottom piece of bread was a soggy goo by time we got it. Read more
I have to be thankful that you were open on Thanksgiving and that people were willing to work. So that's the three stars. But,... you have the option for curbside delivery on your website but that doesn't get relayed to the people inside. So after nobodyanswers the phone and you end up waiting patiently in the parking lot you walk inside to get cold food. This recently happenedto me at another national chain and I wish you folks would just take curbside delivery clean off your website if you're notgoing to honor it. Read more
