Spent over 10 minutes of wait to order. Then waited 15 minutes to get our food and pay. We did drive thru with only one car in... front. Parking lot was pretty much empty. Guy at the drive thru thru seemed to be only person serving the front. He was niceenough but our basic order was not correct. Management needs to step up. Read more
My fiance really wanted Burger King yesterday around 4:30ish and we weren't leaving the drive thru until we were able to order.... The food itself was hot, fresh and delicious....but the entire wait of being in line was horrendous. There were people beforeand behind us in line who ended up leaving because it was so slow. Employee's are always great.. burgers are usually good, fries, mozz stick, fries.. not so much.
Just went thru the drive thru and got 2 whopper meals. My sandwich only was half meat. Only half the meat was there. I tried... calling cause they were not busy at the time (10 min ago) and I get an answering machine. No customer service help. Read more
We love to eat here however the food hasn't been fresh at times. We are also always charged extra for sauce and sometimes we... don't even get it. When the food is fresh it's a great place to eat. Read more
