Double cheeseburger dry and poor service. Gal at drive-thru window more worried about talking to coworker. Poor customer... service I felt more like an interruption than a customer. No napkins in the bag. Burger tasted like it had been there a longwhile. Read more
If I could leave a no star review I would I am not going to be going back to this Dairy Queen again I ordered a Oreo blizzard... and I started eating it and it tasted bad like the milk or something in was going bad. So I took the ice cream back up and askedthem to either get a refund or a new one and I wanted a refund so she went to go get the manager that was very rude from thestart. So she asked me what was wrong with it I said it tasted like something was bad and I wouldn?t eat it and she said ? wellsince you just don?t like the taste of it we can?t give you a refund ? so would like something else. Of course I said no but youpay 5 dollars or more dollars for an ice cream that I can?t eat no thank you. Read more
Evening shift is nothing but teenagera and young adults that have no personal skills to deal with customers let alone try to run... a DQ with what seemed like no adult supervision. And our to say the least our hamburger wasn't cooked all the way. Read more
The employees are very rude in the evening! The girl waiting on us was not polite at all. None of the employees were friendly!... They all walked around looking like they hated life. No gloves being worn during food service. Food was not cooked all the way.I understand people have bad days. But this place seems to have a dark cloud hovering over it all the time. Read more
