Part 2. I called the order in to the local Papa Johns. They told me 20-30 minutes. I got there 25 minutes after I ordered and... they told me another 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I walk out with my food. I get home and the order is wrong. I ordered a pizza,Papa bowl, and a papadia. Didn't get the pizza. I went back to the store and the lady said please don't slam the box down. Ididn't slam anything down. Pizza was given to someone else and now I am waiting an additional 20 plus minutes for my order.Whoever owns the franchise good luck to you. Remember under promise and over deliver....not the other way around. Train youremployees not to be rude. Not sure where to begin. Covid hits and customer service is no existent! You have to talk to someonefrom the Middle East to order your pizza. They get it wrong almost every time. Hey Papa John's, price gouge much???? Where areyour "deals"? 14.44 for a medium cheese pizza when a 1 topping carry out was $6 a year ago. Disgusting! I cannot believe Shaq isstill in business with this company. Stopped in got a pizza and root beer. The crew was excellent, great service, and good place. Will be coming back.
Check and double check your order when you order on line. The app changed 2 of my pizzas. When I called to explain, I received a... ? not my problem ? attitude. Said it wasn?t her mistake( which it wasn?t but it was papa johns error. Sadly this attitude is whywe will take our business elsewhere. Read more
I love Papa John's and this is a good one. Always fresh and always fast. The staff is friendly. Last time I went here, I had my... two year old and had to carry him back to the car and one of the staff was nice enough to help me carry my pizza to my car.Easily my favorite chain pizza place in town. ;-) Read more
I ordered online and left home shortly after. By the time I got there my pizza was hot and ready for pickup. We ate in the... car and the food was delicious. My kids always enjoy the original bread sticks. If you pay attention to the specials onlineyou can get a great deal. Read more
Ordered a double beef, mushroo, onion, and bell pepper at the store and waited 45min and they asked me if I ordered the double... beef. I said yes. Got it home and it had black olives, beef, pepperoni, and not what I gave a lot of money for! WS not happy.Hate pepperoni! Read more
