It was empty except for one other family. The manager was so nice! He was working drive thru and doing register, but we didn't... have to wait long. He was very friendly. The food was delicious! Hot, fresh, correct and came in a timely manner. Store wasclean. Read more
what an absolute disappointment, I gave it one star because zero was not an option. When we pulled up there was one person in... front of us, we waited for four minutes before the person finally greeted them. they place their order and then move through, Ipulled up and I did as it said I said hello. And then they said please wait so we waited and waited, and about four minuteslater they asked us if we were ready to order. And by that time it was just stupid to sit there and wait any longer. So we leftwhen we pulled around the corner there was absolutely no one in line. So the fact is is they moved the one car, and then waitedto do the next one. Very poor customer service was not greeted and definitely were not taken care of properly. It?s adisappointment because I know Hardee?s has good food but it?s just not worth the wait. Read more
My only grip was i wanted a fried pie and was told it would have to be dropped to cook for 7 minutes would I like to wait. I... said no because my husband and I were already late getting to his cancer doctor appointment. I went to the drive up intending to get a Nashville hot honey chicken sandwich. They said they're closed because their... chargriller is down. THE CHICKEN ISN'T COOKED ON THE GRILL IT IS FRIED! I originally posted a two star review of this place due to a very long wait, but after giving it a second chance I've bumped it... up to four. Food is as always good to great and service was much better this time around. They do need to invest in a betterdrink machine, it's always perpetually out of ice. Read more
