This was the worst food I've had in a long time now. The only thing that was 5 star was the woman who took my order was very... kind and she did her job wonderfully considering the circumstances. Chicken wouldn't be ready for about 20 minutes, it wasexpensive, we didn't get our sauces in the bag like we had asked for, it looked like a kids meal in my opinion. If I'm payingover $10 for something to eat I expect to get my stomach full and not be digging around in the kitchen when I get home. We willnot be going back there. It doesn't deserve 1 star. The fellow who took our order knew nothing about the menu and he either had a toothache or was not... happy to be there! He was flat out rude. Window was terribly busy. We had to wait 20 minutes that's too long for a KFC. Wedidn't get our sauces and I had to go back a third time to get daughters biscuit. My wing was so tiny I first thought it wasfrom a Cornish hen. The breast, too, was tiny. They cut portions and jack the price up. There were 2 tables that were not dirty.We took one of those, ate what we could and got out. Princeton, KY. My wife orders the tender and they were burnt. I ordered the famous bowl and it only had bout a teaspoon of gravy. Was really... disappointed cause usually food is ok here Read more

Made a quick pickup order and went in to get it delivered once it said it was ready. They told me they had just gotten the order... and was still working on it. Not really their fault I guess, but definitely need a better system to notify people when they areable to pickup their order. Read more
Would leave one star if possible. Order a chicken tender meal then when I arrived at home of course it was not my order. I... returned to obtain the food I originally ordered and was told I can order another side or wait for god knows how long it feltlike for the fries I originally ordered. Got a to go order. Chicken breast box with fries. Got home, chicken thigh (I don't eat dark meat), mashed potatoes and gravy (I... don't eat mashed potatoes or gravy), no cookie. The only thing right was the biscuit. Live in a completely different town.Called and they said that they would send me a coupon for a free replacement meal. Two weeks and still no coupon. It's KFC what can you say about it. The sandwiches are good from what I have eaten of their meals, the Chicken is good. You not... going to have to wait long for your order, unless there's a rush. I generally pickup something to go whenever I'm in town. Read more
