After going to the Princeton location I can understand why they are loosening so much business ordered a meatball sandwich not... ready had no idea when the meatballs would be said ok make me a bit worst sandwich ever needed a magnafieing glass to find baconasked about free cookie the only person minding the place had no clue take my advice stay home make your own sandwich mucheasier and cheaper Read more
My bread was a little stale but other than that it was pretty good

Some of the cashiers/sandwich artist are nice. They take pretty long if going through drive thru, and honestly I'm not sure why... they can't take orders at the same time they are ringing someone up, or when making a sandwich. They are literally marking whatpeople want on their sandwiches, on a piece of paper and then making the sandwich. I dont get it. They don't require mask whenyou walk in, they have a divider between cashier and customer, the bathrooms are unsalvageable...but the reason for the ratingis because SOMETIMES my sandwich isn't drenched in the sauce ive asked for...and I'm feeling a little generous today. Food is delicious, but definitely watch the lettuce, it tends to be wilted and bad. The service is also amazing, (very friendly... and very quick) but to be honest, they don't keep it super clean like they used to. Now when I go in to get my sandwich, I havenoticed a lot of the veggies end up in other containers, some of the ingredients aren't fresh at all, and the stations are justoverall messy. It's a hazard for those with allergies. However, with that being said, I still continue to eat there as I lovetheir sandwiches and the people that work there are super nice as well! Read more
