we order about 1 a month. order is always correct, pizza is good and staff there are so nice
I don?t mind long delivery times. But it?s well known when it?s in ?quality? check a long time you?ll get a cold pizza. Don?t... cook the pizza until you have a driver! The last 3 orders have been awful! Read more
I and many of the employees I work with order from this dominoes often. We ordered. Paid online and then the driver proceeded to... tell me I needed to pay cash on top of the online payment. Normally I wouldn't have an issue with getting the online paymentvoided. However, I paid 20 in cash for a 16 dollar delivery in which a different employee paid for. So voiding that will onlyget his money back and not mine. And it would be 4 dollars short. Not once did I swear or say anything rude about the company infact I ensured her it was most likely a mis understanding due to us again getting food from this dominoes all the time. We havegood repor with the specific driver and I told her that. Instead of finding a solution with, she proceeded to call me "snotty"and hung up. Twice. The second time I called she would not give me the number to her boss, and she hung up again. Very poorcustomer service. Read more
Ordered salad with order driver never brought it. I called they (Jacob) stated they were sending it right away, waited 1 1/2... hours called back (Jacob) refused to credit my card said to call next order and state there's a free salad on my account,refused to give credits for their Mistake. Typical Dominos food nothing unexpected. Delivery drivers actually follow the notes to not ring or knock because of dogs. One... left a few dog treats! Very much appreciated. Only issue is we order two different flavor of wings and not once have we gottenboth flavors, all wing orders are the same flavor. The site will allow to to file a claim, but only worked the first time. Notsurprisingly as I had issues with one of my phones being refurbished and new owner downloaded app and placed an order but I wascharged. Found out they coded there app to use your phones Mac address as a login, which is a huge security issue and of coursethey didn't care. I had to have them delete my account. Read more
The only reason I am giving one star is cuz it won't let me give 0. I placed an order for my sons birthday party 2.5 hours in... advance for a delivery time of 2 pm. By 2:30 still no pizza. Called to see what was going on and was put on hold for 15 minutes.I ended up having to leave the party to go pick up the pizzas at 2:45. When I got there the manager was very off putting andnever even tried to rectify the situation. All I got was I'm the only driver right now. I could not believe the horriblecustomer service from them, not even an apology. I will not be going back. Read more
I have a in home daycare and as a treat we will order Domino's and have a pizza party. (Along with pizza party hits playing in... the background) The kids love it!!! The food comes fast and it's always hot when it comes. Our delivery driver was James. And wehave had him before and the kids love seeing his truck pull up in the driveway. They call him Grandpa Pizza. So when thedoorbell rings they all say Grandpa Pizza is here and they get so excited!!! Thanks James for making the kids day. Read more
