Went here after a weekend in the woods. Appetite high, care for food quality low. Wow did this place really put that to the... test. My Big Mac was cold and flavorless, my fries stale and soggy, and my McRib has some unknown stick gum like substance init. The staff were rude and standoffish, and the lobby filthy. 0/5 would not recommend. Read more
Staff are nice but food is just so-so. Fries are always cold the coffee drinks are pretty good tho. Also, if you don't order on... the kiosks, they seem to be put off having to come to counter. I had to stand there for quite a while just to get service. Read more
The mobile ordering was great, picking it up was a different story. It took over 15 minutes to bring it out carside. I watched... car after car come into the drive-thru, order, pick up their order and leave. Apparently the mobile orders take no presidents. Read more

Well I don't usually review a fast food place but tonight was ridiculous. Over 25 minute wait for food. Only 3 families in... dining area while drive thru cleared out several times. Got my wife's order wrong which was an easy no onions on her burgerwhich looked like it had been bathed in them instead. The last straw was how an older gentleman was treated when asking aquestion about the kiosk. Employee berated him and made him feel stupid for not understanding how to use the device.
