This place is always slow. Line to the back of the store, warmers pretty much empty, on checker!!!
.Jane manages the store very well. Items are usually in stock, and when it's not, the staff and management are quick to restock... and/or to let me know when it will be.The store is big and always kept clean My favorite thing to do is get me a 32 oz fountaindrink and some snacks at my local store. Pat made these. They turned out great. The staff is friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the people at this location. They... always make sure the food is satisfying to the customer. If you look at the pictures you will notice the toppings are all theway out to the edge the way they are supposed to be. Read more
90 percent of the time any caseys pizza is my goto snack/food item but not this time at the one in Princeton ton almost hateful... service and terrible pizza this time I won't go to this caseys for pizza anytime soon altho the front end cashiers were niceand friendly and apologized for the bad service at the pizza counter I would however recommend for gas and drinks but thatpizza its something else Read more
I love Casey's in general. But this is the worst Caseys I have ever used. I live close by so I dont have much choice but it... almost never fails that everytime I go in there I have a less than satisfactory experience. One time I won $200 on a scratchertwo employees tried cashing it and couldn't they told me it was fine I could cash it somewhere else but I ended up having tohave the Missouri Lotto do an investigation and then issue me a check. I have had my pizza order messed up countless times. OnceI paid for $30 worth of pizza over the app when my husband picked it up they insisted I hadn't paid and charged him again. Themanager was almost annoyed when I went in to correct it so I settled on 3 free pizza coupons to make it easier on her. Of coursethey ended up messing up on of those orders later as well. Most recently I made an online order they messed up my sub...gave mea cold cut sandwich and charged me for a club and then didnt have my sugar cookies and got irritated when I didn't want analternate kind and had to take it off my ticket. It isnt just the lack of attention and intelligence in that place either halfof the employees are just down right rude. I absolutely hate that due to my location I still have to use this Casey's from timeto time. My hope is that someone working for Casey's will see this and look into this store! Amendment August 26th: A monthlater I just had ANOTHER bad experience at this Caseys. There was an error and I didn't get the 25% off my pizza. I asked thelady to fix that for me she basically said no she couldn't. Until I told her that was okay and that I would just come back andspeak with her manager to get it fixed tomorrow. They actually have the best pizza. I don't order often because it's a little bit pricey but it's worth it.
I was hoping for a hot taco wrap, instead I received a wrap that was ice cold. Truly am disappointed with this outcome. This is... now the second wrap that I have purchased from two different stores that have served to me cold. I am under the assumption thatthe taco wrap is to be served with hot meat. Read more
