Wow, what an incredible dining experience! The staff is awesome, especially Kim, Sharia, Tristan, and Juan. The new Chef,... Nicole, is fantastic. She is the best I have ever seen in a long time. She even comes out to make sure her creations are toyour liking. The food diversity is the best in a long time. The new menu is incredible and the specials change weekly. Stopped by the Alchemist for the first time the other weekend and loved it! Such a cute little spot. Great service, decent... indoor and outdoor seating, and fantastic drinks. Loved their apple sangria. Definitely recommend as it is very refreshingduring the summer. Now for my standard COVID comments as of July 2022. Masks are not required anymore but it felt comfortablein there. They get a nice air flow, especially at the bar. Wasn’t too crowded and it was nice to sit and enjoy a couple ofdrinks. Read more
We ate here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. Some of the best fries in Princeton and really neat atmosphere. However, when... eating indoors it became so loud at lunch time, it was hard to concentrate on my own tables conversation. They need to put somesound absorbers in the restaurant. Additionally, the omelette was average to below average. The omelette and the sausage in theomelette was dry. In the future I would order the omelette without the sausage. The fried chicken sandwiches were ok. Myhusband rated them, 7 out of 10. I would rate it a 6 out of 10. My daughter ordered the chicken fingers and fries and they weresimply average. The only food item above average were the fries. Last but not least, the service from our waiter was simply“okay”. Read more

Worst service we’ve had in a long time, don’t waste your time here. They only serve soft and cold pizza’s, look at my... photo attached, a four inch pizza for 16 bucks. Service takes forever even though they have plenty of staff, they all gather ontheir phones at the corner of the bar and share phone videos all night. So basically our microwaved pizza took an hour and ahalf from start to finish, there’s also one unisex bathroom that’s destroyed. Read more

Went for a brunch on Saturday. We couldn’t get outdoor seating as the place was very busy so took indoor seating by the side... of window. Our waiter was very nice. We ordered nachos for the appetizer which was really good(definitely recommend). Parking isa big problem here as you only have an option for meter parking. Read more
Your local get together spot. Service is spotty. Late night menu is limited but it's good that they have it. The big bar is non... operational, so it's a big space with a limited use. It may be Covids aftermath and short on staff but the place has potentialand it's really nice if they can live up to what the set up is. I like it and will return.
