The Sat. Morning mgr. On duty served us at the drive thru.. Great guy friendly , polite and asked how were doing today.. Very... good service fast and accurate.. The truck infront of us had a $70 food order.. The Mgr. Thanked us for out patience but theygot this guy food all done and out in less than 5 min. He is landscape owner who buys his crew lunch 6x a week.. Great servicebring back customers. We will be back too.. Read more

The young lady at the window literally playing with and opened my drinking straw as I?m about to pay. I asked for a new straw... and she looks at me like I did something wrong. Horrible customer service and honestly people should know that Covid is not goneand not to play with drinking straw or open them for that matter. Read more
There was only like 2-3 people running the place. If BK would pay them more they wouldn't be so flustered
Horrible experience - the soda machines need a deep cleaning I found black specks in my drink which are mold residue from not... being clean, this should be properly maintained as this is dirty. Also my fries were cold like they had been sitting for awhile, although my chicken fries were hot and fresh. Read more
