I've been to my fair share of Chipotles before. This one is not clean. First red flag. The staff wasn't friendly. Second red... flag. Third and biggest problem: THEY WERE VERY STINGY WITH PORTIONS. Barely any protein and they were very stingy with thetoppings. $12 for a bowl that was half-filled? No thanks. JUDGING BY OTHER REVIEWS, THEY SEEM TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM. THEEMPLOYEES ALSO SEEM TO BE LOW IQ AND CONSISTENTLY MESS UP ORDERS. It's almost like this place is ran by a bunch of Muppets. Myfirst time here and my last time here. Food was hot and delicious. Always tasty. In and out.
I ordered a burrito bowl to go on a Monday night. 1) THERE WAS A LONG HAIR IN MY FOOD. 2) THE RICE WAS NOT COOKED. It was HARD... and CRUNCHY. This is completely ridiculous and I will never return to this location. Read more
Probably the worst Chipotle I?ve ever been to. Every single time (not an exaggeration) we go they are out of items for the... in-person order line. Often those items will be available on the side where they prep online orders but they will not use thefood from the online order section for the in-person order line. It?s ridiculous. Not worth going to this Chipotle, which isunfortunate because we live less than five minutes away. Read more
Chipotle needs to start giving their employees name tags so I can give them a shout-out. A gentleman at this location had the... best burrito wrapping technique I've seen. This guy understands that the key to life is quality not quantity. Every burrito hewraps, is wrapped with focus and a purpose - to make that current burrito is the best one he's made so far. Coming from the city, I've had my fair share of getting chipotle quite often. After a quick trip to Princeton PA, my bf and I... stopped here for a quick bite. He ordered a double meat and the employee barely gave him enough protein then when it came to thesides, my bf asked if he could get more corns since the employee gave him like 1/2 scoop. The employee replied "that's enoughotherwise we will charge you extra". I don't understand how the bowl is NOT barely filled but this employee is stating that wewill get charge "extra" for additional corn request. In addition, food quality was bland and not comparable to the chain storesin the city. Read more
The food was good and the staff was amazing! The line was to the Front door and no member of the staff seemed miserable about... it. The owners should be great full for these employees. They were working their butt off and made my experience enjoyable! Read more
