Found a shard of glass in my salad today which I almost swallowed. It was really scary, this has never happened in my life. My... coworker standing next to me heard my teeth grind against the glass in my mouth. The store offered to refund the salad andnothing else. I'm grateful we have this place in town. They are nice to me and frankly it's nice to have a salad option in town. As much as... I would love to I can't always have Hoagie Haven for lunch. The special salads like the Greek inspired summer special one theyhave has a nice taste, if you craft your own you can make something nice but the Classic Cobb salad is pretty good. Princetonis not cheap but I feel a lot better eating here than something greasy and heavy. I do like the afternoon light that comes inand the interior. Chopt was a wonderful find in Princeton. Fresh, clean, organized, and wonderfully laid out, in fact, this store needs a more... attractive shopping center. The food is excellent, abundant and well thought out. A great place to chill for lunch, or dinner.We need more Chopt Shops in the area, and Pennsylvania. Read more
Extremely bad customer service over the last year or so. Prices have gone up significantly and their rations of chicken and... avocado have come down. Just today, they added less than a scoop to a chicken tinga order, I asked if they could add a bit more(the lady was just throwing food into the bowl without regard to how much she was serving). The lady refused and said they wouldhave to charge more - terrible attitude and customer service, especially given that my ask was not outrageous and given theirexorbitant prices. Talking to management didn't help - I didn't even broach it to get more chicken but as a constructivecriticism because I really used to love this place. I got a blank stare and a half-hearted offer for more chicken, which Iturned down because the manager clearly did not care about customer opinions of this place, and I was over it. I am uploading aphoto to see who among you can find the chicken. Avoid this place, it has truly gone down the drain. UPDATE: I have to say thatsince I posted the prior review, customer service has improved significantly. The previous manager seems to have been fired andthe current employees appear to be both in a better mood and much more attentive. They are skimping less on items and willing toaccommodate small alterations. The food is great so I give it a 4 stars; the only thing that could bring it up to 5 stars is ifthey offered combos (+ drink and chips) at a slightly reduced price, like most other such places do.
