I enjoy everything that Frescabowl makes. Everything is fresh and they are generous, even with expensive ingredients like... pineapple and mango. Sometimes I pay to add an ingredient and receive the bowl minus the extra, such as bananas. They quicklyadd it once I point it out. Also, I've asked multiple times about an Ingredient/calorie list. I had ordered from Fresca Bowl & Poke Mahi off GrubHub and unfortunately my order got messed up and I wrote a review on the... site. The owner, Bobby, graciously offered to have me come in so that they could fix my experience at the restaurant. I wasgreeted by Sunny who is part owner and he apologized for the mix up with my order and offered to make me a new bowl and to try asmoothie. I?m so happy to say that the second time around the bowl was perfect, it tasted good and fresh. The smoothie was alsoamazing and I also got to try some of the new menu items like their shrimp tempura and gyoza. I was really pleased with how theyhandled my order mix up and happy to get to have a good experience at the restaurant. I highly recommend stopping in and tryingone of their poke bowls or a smoothie. They really have crafted everything with care and the owner/staff are amazing and kind. Ican?t wait to go back when I?m in the area again. Read more
I was so disappointed with my experience here today. I ordered the traditional bowl? the serving of fish was so small and they... gave me what looked like 4 cups of rice. You can see in the picture how little fish I was given. The rice was literally 75% ofthe bowl with the other toppings barely filling up the rest. This was my first time trying poke and I was so disappointed. Iwon?t be returning to this location - for 15 bucks it was not worth it at all. Read more
