The place is quite clean and good place to chill. I enjoy the unlimited sip club. Food is okay. Some are good some are a bit not... good. Ordered the soup twice on different days and the serving portion is different. The BBQ chicken salad and most of the pizzaare good. The sandwich though.. not so much. I ordered the chicken sandwich and they just gave 1 chunk of chicken in the middleof the sandwich. In the photo it supposed to be shredded chicken. Am I supposed to shred it myself? ???? Read more

As much as I love Panera, I'm very disappointed by the service. I was charged a subscription while I'm abroad and informed the... team to cancel it to avoid any future charged and they confirmed so. Then, I was surprised I was charged again and didn't agreeto refund me any charged amount. If you don't usually refund the subscription, although it wasn't used, At least an exceptionshould be done for the other charges. Noting I Had a subscription for myself and a fried using the same card, so I paid around$45 for nothing. Read more
I?ve been visiting this location for three years now (office close by; like Panera in general). Sadly, it has been going... downhill pretty fast this year. Dirty tables are the norm now; so are out of stock items; so are delayed orders. My order todaywas delayed for almost an hour as reported by Panera. I chose to leave after 25 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go to Wegmansnext door instead. Read more
We love Panera Bread specially Soups, Flatbread and chocolate Croissants each one is delicious! Good sitting place to enjoy with... family and friends! My 11 years daughter love this place and food. Read more
We were impressed by the super cozy atmosphere at this Panera!! It?s was such a great spot to recharge after some shopping... around the block, and not too busy during a late Saturday afternoon. The cashier was a lil slow ( you can pretty much tell thatthey are new to the job), but there are self-service kiosk and order from table services so that a plus. Your one ice machine isn't making ice, so you put a "No Ice Sorry" sign on the machine? No. The manager goes out and buys ice to... serve. That's unacceptable and lazy. Plus the iced coffee wasn't made correctly and was all watered down...even without ice!This must be a franchise store, because all the Panera franchise stores are trash and don't care about good service or results.If this is a corporate store....rethink your management.
