Ordered via Uber Eats. Did not expect the 10-inch pizzas to be that small (see picture). Pepperoni pizza cost $12.50. The Philly... Cheesesteak pizza was the same size but even more expensive (at $14.50). Size of the pizzas are not worth the price (Uber Eatsprice, not sure of in-store price). This pizzeria is small, but the pizza is great :) We ordered through the website and was everything as expected up to one point.... We ordered a Pepsi and we didn't get it. Probably it is 'our fault'. Friends told us that we should have picked it up from thefridge beside the door. We didn't know that. The outdoor seating is limited to one bench. The parking is limited, I would say to5-6 cars. The entrance has a ramp for wheelchairs and strollers. Read more
Very disappointed in this pizza. This was my third bad experience with this Papa Johns location. My order has always been the... same: light sauce and extra cheese. I tried to eat two slices of pizza and it was just way too much sauce like it was oozing outof the pizza. And if that?s supposed to be extra cheese, it?s not even covering the red sauce. It was a mess. I?m giving thisplace one star because the manager offered me a refund. He also offered to remake it, but I think three times is more thanenough to determine that this place does not know how to make a simple pizza. Read more
We have been regularly ordering Pizzas from this location since last 5 years and did like their thin crust pizza. However... tonight's pizza was most horrible preparation with hardly any cheese/ signature sauce. We ended up eating few pieces oftasteless crust being no other option. The store made three mistakes on one delivery: 1, we ordered extra cheese? they only make it regular (and this actually happened... twice from our last time order); 2, they only delivered 8 pcs bread sticks plus three tiny bread sticks while their menu saidits 10 pcs; 3, we ordered diet Pepsi, they first delivered regular, I ask them to bring the regular Pepsi back and change todiet Pepsi?then they never show up. And I called them at least twice before my last call, they first say they will change it in40 minutes, then said 30 minutes, then said they are going to refund my whole order. Its been more than three hours until thecurfew start at 8:00 PM. So we had to have the pizza without any drink. People make mistakes and I totally understand it, thatis why the first time when I ordered extra cheese they didn?t make it, I said nothing; and that is also why when they said theywill change the regular Pepsi to diet in 40 minutes, I trust them; and it?s why when they said they are going to refund me, Iappreciate that and trust them again. I would just like to say this Paps John's location is amazing. The pizza ???? is delicious and fresh. But also as wonderful... are the employees,. . But in all honesty, today I saw how great the manager is as he resolved a take out situation from adelivery service . So thank you very much, your help I s very appreciated! Read more
