Reviews for Proof in Princeton, NJ
Saw the reviews for this place and saw the photos and decided that I would give it a try the next time I would be in Princeton. ... On arrival, the place was looked great and the slices on the counter looked solid. I ordered a square and my friends bothordered normal slices. My square slice was great but my friends slices did not come out as expected. Now I like a nice greasyslice but their slices were dripping grease. The plate was fully soaked. With that much grease, the flavor gets thrown off. Iwould love to give this place another try that first slice was not up to par for me. Read more

Such good ambience, pizza slices and location. Very friendly staff.
Although it's probably not the best pizza in princeton, it's really tasty and very good value for money. They have a good... selection of slices and there's plenty of seating space. Overall, it's probably one of the cheapest and tastiest places to get aquick bite around the campus Read more
Best pizza I've ever had! Each one has so many flavors, but not so many that it's overwhelming. The truffle pizza is definitely... the best. A bit on the pricier side, but well worth it if you're a foodie like me, lol. Ooh, and the balsamic vinegar one isalso soo good! Read more
Just fantastic. This new spot became our favorite pizza in Princeton area. You can tell they use high quality ingredients and... the crust is amazing. Favs include the sausage mushroom broccoli, truffle, and Brooklyn pie. It is a bit pricey, but it?s worththe ?splurge? in my opinion! Read more
Best pizza in Princeton. Have been living in Princeton for 13 years and have tried them all. Contes is probably my second... favorite, but this blows them away. My family purchased 2 large pies and Cacio e Pepe Fries. -Truffle Pie: Amazing, you cantaste the truffle oil and I usually don?t like Arugula, but it tastes really good on the pizza. You don?t get that bitter taste. It is more of an artisanal pie. Kind of like something you?d get at Nomad, but much cheaper, and way more delicious. -BrooklynPie: Wow. Wasn?t excited for this at first because it was a square and for some reason I discriminate against squares. However, this was unlike any other square pie I?ve had. It wasn?t too chewy, it was nice and thin and the dough was perfect. My father isvery old school and hard to please. He couldn?t stop complimenting the taste and said it was the best brooklyn he?s ever had. Itmust have been the sauce, something in it was really special. Even the grease was delicious and gave the pizza a memorableappearance. -Cacio e Pepe Fries: Pretty good, nothing too special imo, but my family thought it was delicious. Tastes a lotlike Say Cheez?s truffle fries if you?ve ever had those. Read more
THE WORST PLACE EVER. They gave us the wrong ones. Next time, they didn?t receive our online order. An employee touched pizza... after taking garbage. HORRIBLE!!! Read more
