Ok so this is the third time I have gone through drive through and ordered a Just-A-Burger. On Menu says mustard and pickles. ... NO Letuce Tomatoes and Onions. Tell me why it's always got onions and sometimes letuce tomatoes too. I don't want to be a painbut come on. Someone needs to go back and learn the menu over again. And here lately I don't know why they ask for a name foryour order, I tell them my name first time girl is snickering and laughing on the the intercom and the other times it's likethey didn't believe it. I don't know just kind of rude and they have gotten slower and slower I see a bunch of people so I knowthey are staffed but I think management needs to do further training or something. Read more
Stopped by around 3:45 am. Sat in the drive through, behind one truck, for a very, very long time. Then I encountered Sage. One... of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I inquired if my drink had been prepared when I placed order. Asked if I could havea fresh one, since mine had been sitting for a while. She huffed (with exaggerated shoulder movement) ,said I guess. Proceededto slam the drink in the trash. I did apologize for being such a bother. Won't be visiting this location,after work, ever again. Read more
Burger was good, the frys were good finally they are normally cold or soggy , but I ordered a hot apply pie for the 1st time and... it was so bad it was stuck to the box they put it in and half of it was just crust I had to rip away the box just to get it open10/10 won't get that again ... This particular Whataburger us a sub par experience this morning. Rolled up ordered 4 Taquitos with Sausage, Bacon, and... Potatoes. They asked for a name for the order which was odd because its a straight line, the orders are in order especially withsomeone out at the menu taking orders and payment. We get up to the window and waited forever, was asked our name, told ourorder wasn't ready. They asked my name 2-3 times. I told them my name each time, to include what I ordered. They made us pull upand wait while they served other people. Then 40 minutes after we ordered we finally got our food. Guess what?? There was nobacon, and our receipt said we paid for bacon. Used to be a great location. I realize I came during the dinner rush, so I won't give them one star. However, our food was cold,... and our onion rings were burned and inedible. The whole store hadn't been cleaned. They seem understaffed, but I don't see thatas an excuse to serve burned food instead of remaking what they messed up. Good food and customer service are definitelylacking. So I had to change my 5 star review to 2 and I hope if I'm ever brave enough to try this location again, I can givethem a better rating. Half the time that I order a lemon pie from this place they give me apple. Not only that, it's usually burned to a crisp and not... edible. Here's what I got tonight. Why even bother giving it out. They had to know it wasn't going to be any good. The food isalso cold half the time and the staff spends a lot of time goofing off. I'm done going here. A waste of time and money. Read more
I love Whataburgers food but sometimes this location does not have the best service. However, they maybe under staffed and the... lines can get long. Everyone is usually really nice when you do order. I wish they would bring the Dr Pepper shake back!!!! Read more
I come here all the time. All their food is good. There is usually a wait but that's because so many people come to get food... because it's the only one around so I completely understand having to wait a little longer if need be Read more
