I have tried other Papa John's and never had a problem. Till now. No cheese at all near the crust. Like they were running short... or something. Also, whomever cut the pizza needs help. Some pieces were 6 inch slices and others were 2 1/2 inch slices. Don'tbelieve will be going back to this particular establishment. Read more
My first visit to this location, and my last. Papa John's is our favorite chain. We've literally ordered hundreds of pizzas from... them at the Dublin Virginia store. We ordered our usual. The pizza was by far the worst that we have ever had. Read more
I would honestly give this last visit of mine a 0 star if possible but I had my food delivered to my work and the girl wouldn?t... give me my pizza till I signed a paper stating that I had to give a minimum tip of 3 dollars. When I called the corporation theysaid that is not required and gave me a coupon. But the girl who delivered my pizza is scamming people out there money and noone knows any better. Refused to honor a coupon for delivery & were extremely rude about it. I said " if it was for carry out only wouldnt it state... that?" The girl said "I dont know what to tell you" ... decided to place the order for carry out anyway, and the pizza wasdecent but 2as super skimpy on toppings. I've always been a papa John's girl... but this location (both in quality & customerservice) is seriously lacking... and sending me to Dominos. Read more
