Very disappointed and dissatisfied in my visit. My root beer float over flooded in our car after we took it, which being a... previous manger at a&w i understand that can happen when to much is in the cup, i shrugged it off. But then i also ordered twokids meals with two cones for the kids coupons, after seeing my receipt and that I was charged for two Cones, I asked if theywere still doing the free cone with the kids meal, the employee said no, only to find when I left there was two coupons in mybag for both of the cones. There was no way that I was going back inside the building to talk to the same guy for a refund. My chicken tenders from here were the worst I have ever had. I thought this place would be safe because it is a chain and the... Wautoma location is great, but I don?t want to try eating here ever again. I threw 5 chx tenders away, what a waste of food andanimals because they were cold and chewy and was concerned I?d get sick if I ate them. Unfortunately there is no way to becompensated unless I drive back either says the manager. No gift card or refund, which is tough. I did drive thru because I was?driving thru? the area. Read more
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes before going inside. Couldn?t order a simple 2 cheeseburger 2... fry ended up with 3 double bacon something and 1 fry. Was a joke food was cold service was horrible wont be going again. Read more
Menu stated $14.99 for a ?combo? and then got charged $4 extra to add fries and a drink and the drink was only filled a little... over half way. Read more

Fast hot food. Pleasant staff. Best cheese curds. Decent prices for what you get. Changed my review to 2 from 4 stars. ... Horrible service at follow up visits. With 1 doing the orders and cooking. On the last 2 visits I drove up to order. Sat andsaid hello. Nothing. Drove around to the other side where there was a small sign saying closed due to lack of staff.
