Attempted to eat here for the first time and received very poor customer service. They were throwing some type of party at the... restaurant that they were setting up for and put that as a priority over the customers that were coming in for regular service. One employee saw us enter and instead of greeting us and seating us she just stared at us like we weren't welcome because of theparty they were setting up for. We didn't even stay to order due to the poor service received just upon walking in. ???? Read more

Went there the other evening and while the bartender had amazing customer service, the food was horrible. I got the Dungeness... crab mac and you could literally taste parts of the shell in the first bite. The Mac itself was cold and watery. I ate 4 bitesand tapped out. Turns out those 4 bites were enough to give me some type of food poisoning/sickness. Yay. Guess it’s true whatthey say, seafood is only trustworthy on the coast. Really disappointing. Read more

Would not recommend at all. Came into a virtually unoccupied restaurant and were seated only to watch the wait person offer... water and drinks to a newly arrived couple while nodding at us that she "would be with us in a minute". Waited for her to atleast offer water but instead she proceeded to pour wine and beer for a couple who had arrived some 10 minutes after us. I willmake allowances for a crowded situation but with a total of six people in the restaurant to be shunted to "will be with you ina minute" while serving later arriving patrons was unacceptable. My husband and I tried Crabby's for the first time. Had a little sticker shock but I have to say the food was worth it. Good... portions, excellent sides, good beer and even their dips were good. Read more

We started with the signature bloody Mary. They were met with a fair amount of excitement--wonderfully spiced blend with a... salted rim, pickled veg, bacon-wrapped prawns, cheese and sausage. So good. We ordered the seafood broil for two. What a spread! So much food and really reasonably priced. Service was great. Friendly and attentive. Read more

Room for growth. Quicker service on drinks & patrons won't see as much a delay on the meals. Rib eye was amazing, sandwiche was... good, tacos so so, drinks not so good to too long. Calamari was the best of everything. Read more

Made reservations for the 2nd night of soft opening. Arrived 15min early and was seated 10min later. Server was over quickly to... take drink orders and to let us know what was unavailable on the menu. Only part of the staff were wearing masks,, mostly thewait staff. Noticed 1 cook staff member wearing a mask,, all others were not including guys with beards. She returned about10min later with the in-laws drinks and my kids drinks. Placed our food orders and appetizers, though my husband's and mine were2nd choices as they had run out of the crab mac-n-cheese and scallops. Our food arrived about 45 min later. Had to ask forutensils & napkins and mine & my husband's drinks. I know they just opened and were busy and training, but at least make sureyour customers have drinks and preferably their appetizers while waiting. It was 2 shrimp cocktails that we were served half-waythrough our dinners. Where stars were lost was food quality. Due to lack of menu items, there were 4 fish & chips meals, 1 fishtacos meal, and a soft-shell crab sandwich at our table. All the fried fish was a little overdone and lacked seasoning. Therewere issues with sides ordered that didn't arrive with meals. My 2 fish tacos were very small and more of a lunch than a dinnerportion. The pieces of fish were the size of my middle finger. It needed a sauce of some kind to kick it up a notch. The slaw onit was okay, but needed seasoning. Blue corn chips and a sour tomatillos salsa was the side and was unimpressive. I'd suggestserving the tarter sauce with the fish tacos, I stole some from hubby's plate and it was good. My daughter liked her soft-shellcrab sandwich but it was a bit dry, overdone, and half bun. Again it needed a sauce or more of it and seasoning. Those that hadfries enjoyed them, but complained of lack of seasoning. Once the shrimp cocktails came out, they were enjoyed. One thing thatwas odd was the porter I ordered was sour. Our server offered to bring something else, but I th Read more
