3 times in a row we have had terrible, horrible and very unprofessional customer service. 1: We we're told drivers didn't carry... cash for change, (understand I was a repeat customer). I believe it was because it was 20 minutes before closing time was thereal reason 2: After placing an order online, calling to confirm order the still made mistake on the toppings. 3: Today, I washung up on, called back and was put on hold in the middle of my oreder without anyone to finish my order, then called back andstayed on hold almost 10 minutes before I hung up and called Dominos. ***The Trifecta of poor management, customer service, andunprofessionalism. Awful service I had a curbside order that I waited in my car as I watched them finish my order look at my car and put it in the... warmer. After waiting a few more minutes I decided to go in and get it myself while my two children are screaming they wantpizza. Two employees then look at my and walk away. I had to loudly say excuse me. Then I was told they have to look at my food?Without even knowing what I ordered because they didn?t pay attention to my receipt. I had a cash tip of 18% that I felt no onein the building deserved. As a restaurant worker I was highly disappointed with their customer service and won?t be orderingfrom pizza hut for a very long while. I usually order from the other pizza place in town because of the reviews, I?m glad I didn?t listen to them. The food was hot... and delicious when it arrived, and it arrived within the time frame. The driver had great customer service. And the pizza wasn?tgreasy, or burnt. I?m glad I took a chance. Read more

Pizza was Luke warm and sausage was missing off my pizza. Not to mention that it took an hour when I ordered at 2pm?.. Just... terrible all the way around. Sad lookin pizzas for the price. Read more
