Got stuck in the drive thru for 40+ minutes! Super slow service and this was the second time that it took 40+ minutes to get... through the drive thru. Food is good but the service is super slow. Have tried to go inside to order but get told the diningroom is closed. This has also happened when watching 3 other groups of customers enter before I did and order inside. Would benice to be able to go inside to order but apparently the dining room is not open, or is only open to certain customers. If Icould give 0 stars I would. Read more
Tonight was the worse of the worse . 8 cars in front of us but took 1 hr 6 minutes to get through and have our 4 burritos and 4... tacos in hand. We were told because there were Doordash on the screen they serve them first, so they would fill 6 door dashorders before the next guy got his at pickup window, then repeat . Read more
Ordered through the taco bell app. Got 4 things. Order was originally suppose to be delivered at 5:30pm, it wasn't "delivered"... until 5:41pm. So 10 min late. Along with that I did not recieve any contact from the dasher. No picture that it was left, noteven contact that they were here. I looked outside when I got a text that they were supposedly here and no delivery, waited afew minutes and still nothing, tried calling Taco Bell prineville 11 times and no answer until the last time where they told methey can help me because it was delivered through door dash. I am not pleased with Taco Bell at all. Read more
Got the crispy chicken wings limited time via the app. Food was freshly prepared and hot. The drive-thru line can take a while... even with 3 customers, so expect to need patience. The staff turn over frequently but they are nice and work to deliver a goodexperience. Read more
The lady who took my order was really nice but we sat in the drive thru for 30 mins. This is the slowest Taco bell I have ever... been too. Not sure how the food is since we are still sitting in the drive thru waiting to pay and get food Read more
I was at the drive thru for quite sometime one minute shy of 30 minutes. I literally timed it because I was like let?s see how... long this takes. Due to the fact there were 7 cars in front of me, 3 behind me and 2 turned out to leave. I mean enough forsomeone leaving to converse with another car ??????????? That?s quite a bit of time haha I made the mistake of not checking myorder, because they only gave me half of it. They were friendly. And I?m sure they were trying!! I do appreciate the onesworking. My issue is I was charged for a full order and I can?t even contact Tacobell?s customer service. Also? I wonder if itwasn?t ready to go out and was just handed to me, because it didn?t have the sticker seal. Only go if you?ve lots of time &make sure to check your order ? Read more
this might be the only taco bell in America that opens at 2pm. I swapped one item in my order and hear a big SIGH through the... speaker. I just want a few tacos at noon, how hard is that? Read more
