Usually pretty good, but paying 7.37 for a cup of ice that didn't last two minutes is aggravating. Maybe have your people put... the ice in after the beverage, rather than leaving half of it in the blender because it won't fit with all the ice they've putin first. Read more

Friendly staff but expensive and not the most tasty beverage. I had a blackberry lemonade blended smoothie. Very bitter.
I have no idea what I did wrong as a customer when I made my visit to this Caribou location.(Saturday 9/21 at least an hour... before close) I placed my order with the cashier. The two drinks came out in a timely fashion. I noticed the drink I had wastopped with marshmallows. I pointed out to the barista that I ordered the syrup not the marshmallows toppings. The baristalooked back at one of the other baristas and exchanged a few words. Turned back to me to say that both syrup and topping were init. Walked away only to find out that was not true. No biggie I suppose. Came back just to inform the team that my drink wasincorrect. Instead of correcting the drink or an apology or anything at all I received was a sarcastic "pftt.. well you'rewelcome" I would understand if they were out of the syrup. I would also understand if the cashier selected the toppings buttoninstead of the syrup. Nope. Instead my order was incorrect and a negative attitude was projected towards me. All in all Iwouldn't recommend going to this location. A team of three workers could not handle a two drink order without terrible service.Not to mention that one of the three who were all involved had to be a supervisor. Cheers Read more
Order was sooo wrong. Ordered apple fritter got apple turnover, ordered hot turtle dark skin got northern lite, asked for perk... points to be banked not used, cashier used points. Worst Caribou experience ever. Read more
It was conveniently located within the mystic lake hotel and casino.they have a nice lounge to enjoy your hot coffee. It's... nice. Coffee could use a little tweaking but generally good. Read more
Stayed at the hotel for a few days and was looking forward to having some good coffee before my meetings. Everything says they... open at 7 but not once did they open on time so I could get a coffee before our morning meetings started. Thankfully they werefairly quick at making the drinks in the small windows we had for beaks. Read more
