This work place is extremely racist and I will never order from them again. They decided not to deliver my order for no reason... and they just canceled my order out of nowhere and took my money. If you?re a person of color I recommend not to order fromhere. Read more
If I could give a negative review rating I would. Lazy, incompetent delivery "service." And for a delivery driver to call you... back k to ask for a tip is incredible when they tell you they "aren't allowed to deliver to your door." Are you serious? Isn'tit called PIZZA DELIVERY? Giving two stars because they?re usually good. Tonight I ordered pizza at 7:38. My tracker said it got delivered at 8:15, but it... wasn?t at my doorstep. Called and told 3 different people the pizza didn?t arrive before getting the manager. She asked if Iwanted it remade (another 45 minutes delivery estimate) or reimbursed. She said she wasn?t able to do both which I just think alarge company like this should. I order from them ANY time I get pizza so I don?t think this was a lot to ask. Read more
Dominos has always been our go to for pizza delivery. Priced fair and enjoyable. The last delivery not so much. You crushed... the corner of the box and stuck the toppings to the box lid. Not cool. Went through the trouble of filling out the contact usform at Dominos' site.... you asked a lot of questions..... and then ghosted me with no response.... thanks for wasting mytime.... They forgot part of my order, when I called I had to call a few times to get an answer and when someone finally answered I asked... for a quick delivery with the rest of my order he said it would be 45 minutes, was rude and dismissive and had no concern forcustomer satisfaction. Wound up getting a refund, and young supervisor laughed when I said I would be calling store manager.Very disappointing and unprofessional! Read more
