Super long lines at drive through. Never moved in 20+ minutes on a Sunday afternoon. I finally abandoned the line after having... given my order. So frustrating I'd give a minus rating if possible. Understand it is difficult to get help, but the locationperhaps shouldn't even bother to open if service is this poor. Read more
This is by far the slowest McDonald's I have encountered even though they seem to have several employees there literally... standing around doing nothing. It usually takes 10-20 minutes in the drive thru with only 2-3 cars in front of me. This is notfast food. Most times my food is luke warm and even coolish by the time I get it. After experiencing this consistently, I nowavoid going to this McDonald's and go to a different restaurant or go to a different McDonald's when feasible. Read more
Ordered on app, arrived all lights were off, one employee working alone inside. If staffing falls to one. Disabled app orders,... turn off lights and drive through... Put a sign on door and drive through "sorry temporarily closed" "open again xx/xxxx". Youshould not have a solo employee trying (and failing) to run an entire restaurant. Read more
I wish there was a zero star option.Went there his evening he drive thru was insanely long so I decided to go in to order. Place... my order and waited for an hour. While waiting I asked if I could please get more medium cups out after trying for 15 minutes toget someone's attention and the girl who finally help me had a really bad attitude and like it was an inconvenience to restockcups. The lobby was super dirty and trash was on tables and the floor. At the 45 minute mark my order just disappeared off theirscreen. I had to tell them I have not received anything from my order. The food I finally recieved was cold,old and not tasty. I will not be returning to this location. Read more
SLOW. Put in a mobile order. Drive through line was crazy long when we got there. Went inside and submitted the order. 22... minutes later we finally had our food. If you have ever worked at McD?s you know there are two burger assembly lines. Despitehaving eight or nine people working, this location only had one side operating, with three people on it. One person was typingsomething on an iPad. Another was taking meat temps (important but not helping make food), so only one person was putting foodout for 20 cars in line and 20 orders on the board for inside. The other six people working were milling about between thecounter and the window not really doing anything productive. 22 minutes, slow for a fine dining place. Brutal. Read more
(Update 9/21) It's unapologetically slow. Placed mobile order and waited 20 minutes to get our food. I've Never had an... experience where the food was quick. Even if there is one other car in the drive thru, you're still waiting an unforgivableamount of time. Go to a different location. You'll appreciate it. Read more
We've had multiple poor experiences at this location and tonight was the worst. Ordered a happy meal with cheeseburger no onion... for our daughter. Came with chicken nuggets, pulled back around and stated we received wrong order, this took 20 minutes and thecheeseburger is raw in the middle. I'll never go to this location ever again, mismanaged and people don't care if your order iscorrect. Read more
I ordered using the McDonald?s app online and I wanted to order it ahead of time while I was across town but they wouldn?t start... making it until I physically got there anyways so I hated that I was trying to plan ahead but then I still had to wait. Ithought it would be like when you order a takeout pizza that you can time it out so that it?s ready when you get there. Read more
