Service was good, the old fashioned is delicious. We ordered the prime rib sandwich and it was a disappointment. The server... suggested to have cheese with it but that did not improve the flavor. Dry beef with little flavor. We’ll order something elsenext time! Read more
Had a really nice time. Music was a little loud so we had to be attentive to hear the conversation, but food and service were... good. SO happy they could accommodate our group on a drizzly Friday night. Read more
Food tasted fantastic!, My only complaint is all the booth seats has cold air conditioning vents directly above you, so it was... freezing the whole time even tho I had 2 layers of clothes on. Why is it so cold in there during our short summer?!? Read more
The Seafood Chowder is the best I have had after trying it in many other places. Will definitely come back for more... bowls! Chunky, creamy, fresh - just perfect! Service is also great! Read more
Service was great. Food was good but I think the pistachio crème brûlée is the best thing on the menu!
We came for the pistachio crème brûlée, but we were so, so impressed with everything we had to eat! I had the saffron paella... and would absolutely recommend it. The portions are generous and the flavors are amazing. The pistachio crème brûlée wasbetter than we expected, and we found out that our server, Naomi, was the pastry chef. Naomi was attentive, answered all ourquestions about the menu, and just made the whole experience better. We will absolutely be returning! Read more
Wife and I got gift cards there for Christmas, and overall it was an okay experience. Super friendly staff and a good selection... of food and liquor but the taste to price ratio was way off in our opinion. Ordered the 50-day aged ribeye medium-rare, and itwas less tender than the steak bites and less flavorful. Didnt wow us. Just "meh," Scallops were delicious, calamari was too.They don't skip on the liquor on drinks so that was a plus! Overall though, the pricing seems almost inflated as our economy forsimilar things I could've gotten at Edina grill/Redstone/Brick n Bourbon for half the price. Read more
Plate has been one of our favorites for a year now! Unfortunately we have to drive a good 45 minutes to visit, but it is so... worth it every time. Food is always fantastic, especially their house made gnocchi. The seafood is so fresh too (if you’reanything like me, you hate most midwestern “seafood”). Their bartender, Mac, is one of a kind with his creative, out of thebox concoctions, and it’s always fun to see what new recipe he’s experimenting with. This place delivers what you wouldexpect with big city quality, but with a small town atmosphere. Highly recommended! Read more
