Been a family favorite for at least 20 years!
Spend 45 on a pizza, small cheesesticks and 18 wings only to get it home and all be raw. Call back and said they can mail us a... coupon for 1/2 off 18 wings next time we ordered. My boyfriend checked pizza after I called about wings and its still raw doughas well. So he takes it back. They was not friendly and more concerned with their phones and not us customers. Will "remake"but do not offer refunds. We used to be frequent patrons. Will never eat there again. Read more
Good pizza usually. 2 stars because my mother ordered and was made fun of on the phone by a teenage employee because my mother... has an accent, and there were other girls in the background also laughing. Her English is perfectly understandable, but even ifyou cannot understand, it is completely unacceptable to treat her the way they did. I took the phone to order instead and therewas no apology over the phone or when we went to pick it up, and then the order was wrong anyway. Will not be coming here again. Read more
I wanted to give a one star for poor service, not answering phones, and always telling us they aren't delivering, but, that man... was sweet. Finally, we see that Maybe they have good customer service. Hopefully, they can keep this up. Read more
Called to place an order & was put on hold, which was not hold because we could hear a male employee bragging to a female about... how he was rude to a previous customer. We continued to ?wait? and listen until finally another call came in & we weredisconnected. Management needs to offer more training to these young people because their behavior has not only cost acustomer, but unfavorable opinion to share with their other customers. Read more
