My husband and I visited here for the 1st and last time today. The girl made my protein bowl, no problem. Kayla skipped asking... what she could fix for my husband and starting helping the girl behind him, so she could talk to her about her upcomingvacation. Pushed my bowl out of the way so she could finish the girls sandwich rang her up and she was out...all the while myhusband hadn't been waited on yet. I said wow pretty rude I thought it was 1st come first serve..I was totally ignored...won'tbe back Read more

I've been eating Subway for 20 years and this is was absolutely the most horrible experience I've ever had!! I'd rather eat a... bologna sandwich at home today!! Didn't have the bread that I want, the bread that I did pick was not fluffy and airy like itshould be!! Entire staff was all high school kids!! They were okay but there's no pride in it so it translated to the sub. DoubtI'll be visiting this Subway for a while!!!!!!! Read more

I?m very upset and humiliated from the Proctorville store!! I placed an order a week ago and which they got totally wrong. And... was promised the makeup. I then went into store and the Asst . Manager had told me they were out of steak and cheese sub atapproximately half hour before they were supposed to close which was 9pm and also 2 men behind me that were wanting the same. That is very unprofessional and she had asked me if I would like to replace with anything else and that she would take care ofthe 2nd sub whenever I needed. I called back this evening and she said I was doing this twice a week. I am a working mother thathas children and will NOT be humiliated because of a bad asst. manager. It is now taken care of thanks to another store. I willNEVER order from this store AGAIN. Read more

Subway in proctorville is horrible. 99% only have white or wheat bread, employees are rude kids, I've met a couple of workers... who were nice and had common sense, but all employees now I can't say the same for, it's back to being worst subway I've everbeen to. Jersey Mike's is 10X better than the best subway I've ever been to Read more

Placed an order through the app today (7/10/20), and was asked what time we would be arriving or when we wanted our food to be... ready. My husband was to pick it up on his way home from work, an hour after I placed the order. When he pulled up, he wastold to come around to the window, where a girl handed hi the bag of sandwiches. They had already made them (possibly an hourearlier?). Why bother indicating a time, then? The sandwiches were barely warm, and were practically flat, they had beensitting so long. My husband asked which was which, so that he could remove one of the four from the bag to drop off to ourfriend. The girl said she had no way of knowing. Don't most Subways mark sandwiches so customers know which is which? Andlastly, the sandwich stuff was kind of paltry. There just wasn't much *stuff* on any of the sandwiches. All in all, it was adisappointing experience. Shame, because I usually love Subway, but I won't visit this location again. Read more

Food was good BUT we placed a mobile order before arriving. When I pulled up to the drive thru window, I was handed a bag of... food that wasn't ours. I handed it back, and was accused to pull around. My entire order was 2 subs and 1 wrap...all cold andsimple to make. As I was pulling around, 4 cars entered the line in front of me. So I walked inside, and observed orders thatwere placed after mine being made before mine. So mobile ordering is pointless!! Read more

My family and I enjoy coming here after church on Sundays. But, if my wife and daughter share a footlong sub and you cant move... one side's cheese over to the other, then your priorities are way off. Instead the manager says they can't do that because itchanges the price. No, it changes the location of the same amount of cheese. Dont ruin a good thing in a small community. We'llbe back but lately it seems we're more often told no when choosing sandwich details. Read more
