NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT READ!! This was the WORST experience ordering food in my entire life. My husband tried to place... an order for a pizza. The male who took the order did not know the menu and after talking to my husband we realized within 60seconds we couldn't eat the pizza because we have a food intolerance to tomatoe sauce. When my husband called back immediatelythe person working proceeded to LIE and tell us aggressively that within the 60 seconds between the first phone call and thesecond the pizza was already made. There is no way that a pizza could be made within that time frame. We then said we wanted arefund. He offered to make "another pizza", but we clearly did not want prepared food from someone who was so rude, aggressiveand a liar. Also the price was $38, way more than listed on the menu for what we ordered. After arguing with the person for over10 minutes telling them we have health issues and that's why we had to adjust the order in the first place he still never placedthe refund. I am calling my bank and getting a refund. Disgusting people. Stay away. Read more

I got the "Breaking Bad" treatment when I ordered for delivery (They didn't slice the pizza, I had to do it myself). The pizza... was half-pepperoni. That half was buried in grease. Each piece of pepperoni was curled up like a little tiny bowl, each onefilled to the brim with grease. The box was also covered in grease, to the point where I didn't even want to handle it. I wish Itook pictures. And in spite of the fact the whole pizza was overcooked it was still delivered nearly ice cold (because it tookalmost an hour to arrive, and I'm less than 5 minutes away). Hometown and Bakis are better options. Read more

Got the spinach ricotta specialty pie. Absolutely killer. I'm a big white pie fan and they nail the style for sure. Great crust... as well, which is the telltale sign of a good pie. Started off with some buff chick eggrolls, perfect starter. 4 good sizedeggrolls were plenty! We will be back Read more

I called and ordered off what I thought was the menu, because there is a menu that is not their menu listed right below the... Google overview. This was after following the link they have set up which leads nowhere. Now let's talk food. Garbage. I'msorry, if you list "new Haven style pizza" as your seller, this trash is not gonna cut it. It's fine but definitely not for theprice. Can honestly say I'd rather eat dominos. The specialty pizza is probably fine but I'm not paying for that. I ordered myfavorite pizza which is the Romano and sauce that doesn't actually exist on there real menu. Tomato sauce that tastes out of acan and not even a hint of a flavor of cheese. Save your money. Read more

Before you order food from here make sure you have the correct website out of the FOUR that are listed for this establishment... (good luck guessing). Alos, quick tip the website that is linked directly to this place isn?t the one with their most up to datepricing. I would definitely recommend going to another pizza place. Read more

Moved to Prospect in December and wanted to try all of the local pizza places to find the good ones. Tried Anna's last out of... all of them due to their review score being the lowest. I have no idea how this is at all possible!! I was more than pleasantlysurprised and can easily say that it has been our go to place since! All of the pizza places in Prospect are great, but Anna'sis head and shoulders above the rest! Read more
