Slow, Rude and dismissive, 1st they should educate the customers about the mobile lane. Its always an argument over skipping or... perhaps is the lack of courtesy from the town people. The wait is always long thats why I always use my mobile app. I ordered alarge Ice coffee and it was made with very little cream. when I told the lady at the window she did not understood what I wassaying. Then a guy whom I believe was the manager came over and the only thing he could say was "this is what you ordered" withan attitude. All I wanted was for them to add some more cream to the coffee. They must have changed management because in thepast the other managers that was there always had a smile and was on point with the customers needs. Drive the extra mile toanother DD. Read more
