When we are on the road, we get food to go. We stopped at Gustavo's about a month ago and ordered enough food for a couple of... days. Used to be a great place to dine. However, service has been extremely slow lately. Couldn?t even get the waiter to pay our bill.... Perhaps Gustavo?s has grown too fast. Hope other locations have better service than Norton Commons. Read more

The service here was fantastic! We had multiple people come to take care of us directly after being seated. Friendly servers who... had perfect timing. My boyfriend loved his fajita combo plate. I don't know if I would reorder the appetizer we got. We orderedthe Gustavo's Loaded Fries. It wasn't my favorite. I ordered the Pollo Loco dish. I thought the chicken was super tender and theveggies were great. I didn't care for the flavor of the rice or chicken and the cheese sauce was very thin. Unfortunately, Ithought they were both kind of bland. My boyfriend has been here a few times and says this place is delicious though, so I'mgoing to come back to try a few other things on the menu.
