I?ve waited to post because I thought maybe it was just a 1-time bad experience but this is my regular crust-it?s literally thin... crust on half and regular on the other. I?ve ordered breadsticks in the last couple orders and they?ve also lacked the ?pillowysoft? texture they boast on their box. I?m not sure if they aren?t proofing their dough or need new yeast or what but as a doughlover, I?ve been so disappointed as this is the main reason I order from Papa Johns. I hope they start to get it right becausethe only other delivery we can get in Goshen is Dominos and that is a hard pass for me. Read more

Placed order online, got a 30-40min ETA. 45min later got a txt about a delay. An hour in got a txt it is on its way. 2 hours... later still nothing. Had to call and cancel the order. Did not get ANYTHING for a ruined lunch. Read more
No prices listed on their menu. Man eating in the kitchen. I walked out without ordering. Papa John's is not what it used to be.
As someone who has enjoyed pizza in the Louisville area for 31 years, This is the worst store to order pizza from, certainly in... Prospect . The staff is incredibly unfriendly and lazy and I second everything the bad reviews beneath me have stated. Youabsolutely couldn?t buy worse pizza or food in general than you can buy at Papa John?s. And there are many superior options forpizza in the area and nearby prospect , such as MozzaPi, BoomBozz Pizzeria and Taphouse, Diorios Pizza, Blaze Pizza, the listgoes on. I would highly recommend MozzaPi on Lagrange rd in Anchorage only a short drive from Prospect as the best pizza intown but Try any of them, as they?re all superior to Papa Johns in EVERY SINGLE WAY. Prospect store: They can't do an order correctly any more! 1. Today, no pepperoni at all, so I returned after dinner, spoke to... the new manager, Kristina, who said there would only be 8 (???) pieces of pepperoni on a 5 topping pizza (even my XL pizza),which would not show because it was underneath the cheese. I showed her the photo of the half ordered with only bacon, sausage,and pepperoni, and she insisted the pepperoni could be there. She eventually refunded me. 2. My previous order, a month ago:Almost 1/2 the toppings had slid off the pizza before being put in the box, leaving some tomato sauce remnants on the crust. Itook it back, waited for the replacement, at home found the thin cracker-like crust had been substituted for the "original"crust on the order, All were hungry- could not take it back for a third pizza! 3. The dependably-good "Original" crust is nowflat in taste- seems to lack salt, butteryness, and the tiny bit of sugar used for decades. Very sad...NO reason to go back toProspect Papa John's! Do not order the cheeseburger pizza it is the worst Pizza you could ever put in your mouth. The first one was terrible 2 hours... later I finally got a replacement and it was just as bad. Papa John's need to check what they are serving to people. The qualityis gone. Read more
Always know what I am getting, because it is always good and family loves the menu !
