This is one of my regular places to get coffee. It's always just right. And the double chocolate donuts are my fave!

Don't waste your time or money here. My nitro coffee was only 1/3 full they just replied "the nitro is only foam" and turned... around, refusing to talk to me. The coffee also tasted watery and old. Read more

I would give this a zero if possible, I went to go in with my friends and they all Oder the same exact thing and this old... hispanic lady got it all wrong and my friend?s doughnut wrong as well and I don?t how that?s possible. As well when she got itwrong she roll her eyes and said a bad word to us in Spanish and because I understand what she said I confronted her and said?why are you swearing at my friends and she rolled her eyes. And when I tried to use the bathroom I tried to open it was lockedof course but when I did one of the employees there said wait N word and they made me very disappointed with this Dunkin? I usually see this place as a 5 star place. But this older Mexican lady who rang under Guadalupe, she was really rude. I just... ordered my mocha iced DECAF coffee she gave me the original coffee blend with caffeine. Also, she heard my order wrong anddidn't hear me when I ordered 2 donuts and hash browns. She snapped at me and didn't take the order for hash browns. She keptmopping instead of taking my order. I was going to order from her co worker instead. I told her that she didn't hear me. She'stoo old to work there and there shouldn't be rude people on the team. There should only be friendly, polite people who should behired. Not grumpy, snappy people who have attitude. Read more

Very rude drive through employee. Worked the drive through on 8/5/21 at 10:20am. I ordered 2 large cold brews. I waited to say... the size at the end of my ordered, but while I am speaking and not done speaking yet, he kept saying, "size, size size" multipletimes. I was trying to get to say my order size but I was just so flabbergasted by how rude he was. I was son a shock. Then atthe window, I offered both a gift card and my credit card for payment. I asked if there's anything on the card. He rudely andmeanly said "nothing on it. What do you want me to do with it." His tone was nasty. He was soean, I left feeling terriblymistreated. Read more

I?d give 0 stars if possible. You can order the same drink every time you go, but be given a new drink every time. Regardless if... it?s busy or not, you can always count on your order being incorrect. The employees seem over worked, EVEN if there isn?t aline. They gave me the incorrect order at the drive though window, so I let them know it wasn?t what I ordered. When given backto me, they still made it wrong. So I walked in to get the correct order. I wasn?t even greeted. I said hello and explained myorder was incorrect and told them what I had ordered. They handed me the correct ingredients in a cup, without a word being saidto me. But they spoke amongst themselves just fine. After making my own drink in the car and trying it, it didn?t taste right. Icalled to speak to the manager, who was also very rude, and he let me know I explained my order wrong in the drive through.Which is odd, because I repeated it the same way three times to the girl in the drive through by the time I reached the window.Overall terrible employees, service, and experience every time I go to this location.
