We love this location of Lous. They nail the pizza every single time. Even the GF is made perfectly at this location. That pizza... seems to be very tricky the nail. P.S. - Lou's is the Best pizza in Illinois for anyone from outer space. Read more

The food was hot, fresh and good. They just need to work on their customer service. They aren't that organized. The prices were... good too. Read more

VERY disappointed! Was asked on phone about sausage, patty or pieces? The explanation i was given on phone was very poor. You... dont need to ask, if someone wants a FEW pieces, they'll tell you. Why try to fix something that isn't broke. Also when iarrived for pickup, i told cashier i changed my mind, i now want my pizza cut. She said, "no problem ". Got home and pizza wasuncut. I was ROBBED tonight. Read more

On time pick up. Friendly staff. We love Lou unfortunately the Lou near us (Buffalo Grove) started lacking flavor and quality... overall so now we drive to the Mount Prospect location and they don?t disappoint. Flavor and crust is great. Read more

Yesterday I was thinking about getting Jibaritos, but decided to try MP Malnati's instead. Wow, thrilled they had g.f. deep... dish!!! Really looking fwd. to this, haven't had a deep dish in, like, 35 years! (You know... the Gluten thing.) Pizza was doneon time, and everyone at Prosp Hts location was very nice! But at the first taste I discovered they used rice flour in the crust(a) NO flavor -- ya need corn or some other grain to help out. (b) Heavy, hard as a rock, difficult to bite thru. (c). The partsthat were soft had unappealing textures. Like cardboard with gooey spots. (see photo #2) So, Crust: Strike One. Their "plaintomato sauce" was just that. Tasted right out of the can, very metallic. It made the toppings taste metallic tool. So Sauce: Strike Two. Now, I always expect to pay a dollar or so more for a g.f. crust. And I figured a PAN pizza crust would be a bitmore than thin crust. But I fell thru the floor, a 10 inch "small" with 3 toppings and nothing else (no drinks, no sides, nothing) was $26.00!!! That's two g.f. pizzas everywhere else, with good tasting crust and delicious sauce and many moretoppings to choose from. So Price: Strike Three. Tried to get a slice off the cardboard round. Wouldn't budge. I had toslice thru the crust horizontally (see photo #1) to get most of each piece up, and they were all in pieces when I did. Mostother places put a plastic net spacer underneath, and their pizza never sticks to the carboard round. So Packaging: StrikeFour. Shoulda stuck with the Jibaritos. Won't be going back. Read more

This location is a carry out only which means no delivery or dinning in. It?s very close to my family?s house which makes it... very convenient. The wait typically is minimal 30 minutes if you?re ordering a Chicago deep dish pizza. I haven?t been back inover a year and they had my info in the system still from my phone number which was pretty cool. The pizza itself it?s very wellmade. The ratios of sauce to cheese to crust for Chicago style are very on point. I usually go to Lou?s when I?m in chi town!Definitely gives me that Windy City pizza vibes I?m looking for! I usually get cheese and pepperoni and keep it simple butstrongly effective! Lou?s is Bodies by Farny approved! Read more
