Food was hot and ready when I got there. The woman behind the counter was super friendly.
The food is good the service is mediocre. I enjoy Pizza Hut's pizza but it seems they hire mediocre, at best, employees. Their... customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When you enter the restaurant the employees, eventually, walk to the front counterto see who has the audacity to disturb them. Take your order as if it's a inconvenience and it must be corrected multiple times.Eventually you will get your food. No wonder there's a Little Ceasars across the street. There are too many immature people at this Pizza Hut. I placed an order online and they sent it to Doordash. When the driver... delivered my order it was wrong. Couldn't blame doordash but they were also upset because the wait there was too long and theadvised it was hard to recieve help. So I called and had to get placed on hold several times (one of the times the workersstarted arguing with the other person while I was on the phone because they gave the doordash person the wrong order) till themanager came on and apologized and said he would send out my correct order ASAP. Lo and behold another hour later and my coldfood was delivered, side note almost to the wrong address that doordash recieved from Pizza Hut on my behalf for my correctorder. The manager was polite but I truly feel sorry for him because his team is truly messing up. Read more
The lack of customer service is outrageous. I made an order but wasn?t allowed to edit or make comments/changes online. So I... called the store to let them know about an ingredient my child couldn?t eat. The store would not pick up the phone. I was onhold over 25 minutes and hung up on. I was hung up on twice after being on hold again. After 4 calls and a call to the ?customersatisfaction number? I was able to file a complaint but not get my money back. (At this point, the food wouldn?t be right, mykids won?t eat it and I?ll have spent money for nothing). My order came over 1 hour later than expected, and the order wasn?teven correct, I was missing half of my order. I had to go to the store PERSONALLY because after calling the store, severaltimes, no one answered (big surprise). Someone there was nice enough to make the order for me again, without the ingredients inthe store, but I will never go back or recommend. Read more
I placed an order for the Detroit pizza and an order of lemon pepper bone-in chicken wings. The pizza arrived super cold, the... cheese and sauce spilled off the pizza and onto the box. The wings I received were boneless, and super dried out. I called thestore to ask for a refund or for them to remake my order but received the call center instead. I explained my issue to them andthe operator transferred me to the store so I can speak to them. I was on hold for 17 minutes before hanging up. I ended upthrowing the food away and still had to figure out what I was gonna feed me family for dinner. I even tipped the delivery driververy well. I will NEVER refer this store to anyone. VERY POOR customer service and even worse food. Read more
Excellent service. Stuffed Crust Pizza is the best. So is cheesebread and pizza sauce was delicious to dip cheesebread in it.
