The only reason I?m giving 3 stars is because of your employee lexi! She deserves a raise. She was very nice and made sure I got... my order after it was deleted early from the screen. She made sure everything was right while others were standing around doingnothing watching her and another manager I believe doing everything, about 4 other people were complaining. I'm seeing a lot of reviews about how rude and inadequite the manager here is...It goes beyond what people are complaining... about. This manager is also apparently lazy AF because they've been closing the location early. I haven't even been able toorder food recently because they keep closing hours before they're supposed to. Don't expect to get anything you ordered. Last time they forgot the nuggets in a kids meal. Asked to be reimbursed,... nothing. This time they forgot the apples. Had to ask for a toy. Big Mac was wrong, fries half filled and cold. Meanwhile youhad 7 (yeah I counted) kids standing around doing nothing. One girl literally putting food into her mouth while packing foodorders. Agree with the other review. (2 stars only for the 2 window employees) First window and second employees were super sweet. The... miserable manager with the white hair had a lot to say. She really showed her level of education. When someone says they can?thear you then you speak up, right? She said the reason she yelled was because she couldn?t hear me. Makes a lot of senseright. If you ask me..she should be demoted and one of the window employees should replace her. Seems like a toxic workenvironment. Also, she should have said what she wanted to in front of my face instead of passively discussing/complaining aboutit in my view. I?m sure she got what she wanted and they lost our business. Seems like she rather not have no customers atall. Real classy McDonald?s management!!!! I?ll go back to my lovely day in the sun at the park. She?ll probably nag on theclock. Both Google and App show Hours as In-Store 06:00-23:00 and Drive-Thru 06:00-00:00. So I'm a bit confused why not only was the... Lobby closed, but here was a sign and bell for Mobile Pickup. They were very rude and kept saying go to the Drive-Thru eventhough they are clearly be open and the App allowed for Pickup In-Store Option. The employees here are very friendly, but the manager not so much. I admit that this is my mistake, but I dropped my food when... getting out of my car a few blocks away. I spent $10 on the meal and was having a bad day so I hoped to get it remade. I had thereceipt still because it had been literally 5 minutes. The employee attempted to ask their manager but she refused. I had to payfor a new meal. Maybe it's petty but I don't make enough money to repurchase a $10 meal because I made a simple mistake. I was annoyed at how long it took but you can?t blame them for being busy. I went to pay at the window and the associate needed... a managers help and Kayla was very kind and polite. When I got to the window for my food she put in an apple pie for theinconvenience and overall it was just a nice interaction. Read more
