The manager Spencer Gotelli said that we can't order a bun and slice of American cheese. He said other Chick-fil-A's let you but... he doesn't do it at his store. We have ordered this for my kid that is a vegetarian every single week for the last 3 years atthis location. Spencer also had something to say under his breath as he was walking off. This guy is arrogant and has noleadership or customer service skills. I will make sure Chick-fil-A knows the type of person they have running their store.Being in the restaurant industry I would never hire this guy. I will make sure I leave this review on every site possible andcontact the franchisee. There must be a shortage of employees to employ this guy. We will drive out of our way to avoid thislocation.
