The manager Spencer Gotelli said that we can't order a bun and slice of American cheese. He said other Chick-fil-A's let you but... he doesn't do it at his store. We have ordered this for my kid that is a vegetarian every single week for the last 3 years atthis location. Spencer also had something to say under his breath as he was walking off. This guy is arrogant and has noleadership or customer service skills. I will make sure Chick-fil-A knows the type of person they have running their store.Being in the restaurant industry I would never hire this guy. I will make sure I leave this review on every site possible andcontact the franchisee. There must be a shortage of employees to employ this guy. We will drive out of our way to avoid thislocation. Left my credit card after my order, called and the manager said they had it SAFELY but when I returned 30 min later, 2 meals... were charged, manager said he would delete the charges, it has been 15 days bc they closed there doors for about 2weeks...charges went thru and now I , must contact my bank and dispute...WOW!!!! and not that they have reopened, was toldthey to busy to bother with me.....DISPUTE IN PROGRESS..... I stop in at this Chick-fil-A all of the time via the drive-thru, but today decided to stop in to eat inside since I had some... time to kill. Chick-fil-A for the most part has a pretty consistent look across the stores. I have found that each location hasa slightly different spin on some of the small tweaks. Red accent color, rustic woods. This location was very much in line withthe others. The bathroom was well laid out, had red Penny tiles behind the mirrors, small silver metallic tiles as backsplash inthe order area. Tall wainscoting with a darker wood stain. The customer service here is always top notch. Very friendly staffwho go out of the way to be accommodating. I ordered chicken nuggets and the waffle fries, delicious as always. Restaurant wasclean and well maintained. I did notice a motion activated trash receptacle that didn't really work all that great. There areseveral things that Chick-fil-A does well which is customer service and good food. I certainly might not agree with the ownerspolitical views and philanthropy dollar recipients, I know there are a lot of people who refuse to go to Chick-fil-A for thosereasons, I try to see the broader picture in this instance. Chick-fil-A Chick-fil-A always impresses with their service. Decided to eat inside this time and was in the line less than 5... minutes. Got my food less than 5 minutes later, hot and fresh and always with a smile. My pleasure to serve you ?????????? They don't be skimpy on the sauce either. Read more
