This is the worst Chic Fil A ever! I have given them 3 chances to get it right and they have let me down. I have gone at... different times and experienced rudeness and cold food each time, definitely not the standards. Tonight the cashier tried toconvince me my food was hot although it was sitting near the window in 40 degree weather as I held it in my hand. Every time we come here, I pay for medium fries and get small. Ask for extra pickles and never get it. Working at Chic fil a is... not rocket science.... Terrible customer service and the food is not worth the price. Never again. Read more

The order was correct, the food tasted fine, and the people were nice. However, I ordered a lot of food and when I asked for... grape jelly, I only got two packets. I know I should?ve been specific and told them a number so I guess I didn?t help the cause,but really? Only two? Read more

I ordered food for my family and they forgot to give me MY meal, I got everyone else's. Overall the people were friendly and... the place was clean. I should've checked my bags before I left, but I trusted them because they've never messed up before. Read more

Absolutely phenomenal service. Never have I ever seen someone running back and forth from the window delivering food to the... waiting car line, until I ordered from this location during lunch rush. They truly take service to the next level. I have neverwaited more than 5 min even during busy times. Also, ordering from the app is time saving, simple, and rewarding. I highlyrecommend it. Manager here is extremely rude. They forgot part of our order (two large fries which isn?t that big of a deal but we still paid... for it) and we called to let them know because we didn?t realize it until we got home and they told us that they would give uscoupons/card for free fries so that we can still get the rest of our order next time we came to eat there. Once we come back,the manager was denying us the rest of our order and said they don?t do coupons here so acted as if we were lying. It?s not ourfault that your restaurant forgot our food and it?s not our fault that one of your employees told us about coming in to get the?fry coupons.? We don?t mind paying for fries but part of our paid order was missing and you treat us like that? We have alsohad things missing in our meals before at this location but we catch it while we are still there, but they always seemscattered. I have never experienced an issue like this at any Chick-fil-a so very disappointed in the management at thislocation. Read more

I would?ve loved to dine in But as a restaurant that serves breakfast you don?t even open your dining room till 8 AM. And it is... just this particular Chick-fil-A. I ate at another one the other morning that opens at six or seven. So the management at thisparticular location must be lazy, I suggest if you put your restaurant in a high population area that you accommodate thepeople?s needs, thank you. Read more

Speechless. Yet I will try my best to communicate just how impressed I am time and time again with this establishment. Every... time I visit I?m never disappointed, never let down, never surprised and never leave unhappy. I just don?t understand why otherfast food establishments haven?t caught on to the success here at Chick-fil-a. 5 star restaurants don?t even come close totreating me this good. There?s simply a genuine, sincere kindness that radiates from this place that you know is real. Notfabricated. I believe the reason behind the success is management and the employees who work here. It starts at the top. If youas a leader believe in your business, those around you will follow suit. But I digress?. As for my dinner, outstanding. Iordered a catering meal a day in advance. I arrive early and sure enough they already had it ready. As a last minute addition Idecided to add a few more items. In the midst of the busyness they still prioritized my requests and had me back on the roadwithin minutes, all while accomplishing the same goal for others around me. I arrive home with my meal to feed my guests towhich we have an amazing, delicious dinner. At the end of the night as I am wrapping up and throwing trash away I find tuckedaway in one of the bags a letter. A letter? I open it up and find a hand written thank you note. Writing hand written thank younotes in a world where everything can be communicated in 160 characters or less via text message is becoming a lost art. There?s absolutely no reason why somebody who works at a fast food restaurant would write a customer a thank you letter, unlessof course you are just simply one of a kind who genuinely cares. This is my conclusion, at the end of the day, no matter what,they just want you to be happy and remind you that it?s not necessarily Chick-fil-a who brings value to the world. They see theworld as more valuable than them. Read more
