This place is so horribly managed they have actually removed their phone number from Google, and if you do somehow get the... number they forward your call! This is the only time I have seen a McDonald's have more business than a Chick-fil-A! That's abad sign. I don't really like Chick-fil-A to begin with because the brand represents hatred and intolerance. So seeing themhave a location just completely self-destructing is actually pretty amusing to me, but if you live around here this is your onlyChick-fil-A! I love this place
The food is good just as most locations. The restaurant is newer , but it's been long enough to get people trained. The biggest... issue I have here is the tables, chairs and floors are always dirty. The service is pretty good, but they do often forget tobring you napkins when they bring out your order for dine in. Hopefully they will work this out. The Crossroads location isdefinitely cleaner. Compared to other locations and since they hold their locations to high standards, a 2 star is about all Ican offer at this time. I will update this on a few months to see if it gets better cleanliness. Read more
