My son and I went here for lunch about 1:45 today, Sat July 23rd. The restaurant wasn't even 3/4 full but there was still a wait... which was fine. We were sat in the bar area. It was busy and it seemed like the server had several tables with orders comingout. We were never acknowledged even when the server was using the table behind us as a cleaning station. Another table wasseated after us and had gotten drinks and an appetizer. We had been sitting there at least 15 minutes and finally left. I wasgoing to say something to the hostess but she was nowhere to be found. If the server had just acknowledged us and said I'm sorrya number of my orders are coming up all at once I wouldn't be upset. However, he never even looked at us. That is the problem Ihad today, as I understand being busy but an acknowledgement that we were there would have prevented us from getting up andleaving a place that normally has decent and sometimes exceptional service. I wish I could Give 0 stars. The manager gave no care when he saw the picture..... Absolutely not what I ordered and he didn't... care. This supposed to be ultimate cheese nachos. They were burnt and disgusting.... don't order here. I uploaded thw pictureand then what I got. Even to go absolutely burnt disgusting and inedible. 12 bucks down the drain. Read more
I paid $9 for the spinach Queso that looked like it was literally just the toppings no queso. I also paid for extra cheese on my... sandwich and received a light sprinkle of some combination cheese. Lunch specials are great here averaging from $9-$11 dollars some are 2 options some are 3. From salads and soups to Maine course... with a drink! Very reasonable prices for a dine in atmosphere. Very clean space, friendly service, manager came and checked onwhich was a nice gesture. I tried the chiii bowl which was the best I had, along with a draft beer, and for my main course I hadthe Cajun chicken pasta, it was good but I felt the chicken could?ve had more flavor, maybe if it was grilled. Under staffed. They literally had like 3 waiters and the waiters were cleaning tables. Not sure if it's a post covid issue. Food... was okay but took a long time to get but probably understaffed in that department as well. Will be back as always. Read more
The restaurant was packed and congested. Requested the hostess to change the seat and she said you will loose your place in line... and will need to wait again! She had no empathy that I was there with 2 kids and was given a booth had parties sitting oneither side at 1 feet distance from us. We requested to swap with a different table with a little more spacing but she declinedand was extremely rude in handling the whole situation. I understand, it?s Saturday , peak time and they are short staffed but alittle courtesy goes a long way! Food is always great at chili?s and love their molten lava cake! Our server was extremelypolite and accommodating! Overall, the hostess really needs to tone down her attitude and show a little more respect. Read more
