Went with my 3 kids at 3pm Friday. Doors were locked. There was a worker inside. I knocked and she didn't say anything. Loaded... my kids in the car and went to drive through. She said wait. I waited good 7,8 minutes. I asked if she needs more time. She saidshe is only one and she is busy with large order. I asked if she needs more time and she said yes rudely. No sorry, noapologies. I left and got donuts from 7/11 for my kids. I go to this place after school pickup atleast 3 times a week but neverhappened before. Got here at 7:54 pm , doors closed yet door clearly states they close at 8:00pm (so I had 6 minutes left) , went to drive thru... and they told me they ?shut everything down? at 7:45pm but technically close at 8pm . I worked at Dunkin before and fast foodand I can guarantee you this is not allowed, if a customer comes even one minute before close we have to make the order . If youclose at 7:45 pm then the times that?s permanent on the door should say 7:45pm but not these kids want to leave early . Waste ofmy time and gas to drive here thinking they?ll close at 8pm since online / google / and the fact that I?ve been here before .The first time I was here was a nightmare, the girl made my drink without cream and sugar when I specifically said I was extracream & sugar. All while my mother was waiting for her food for 25 minutes where we seen them give everyone their food who werein line AFTER us so I went up and told them what?s the hold up to which they said they accidentally forgot about our orderwithout apologizing , without a discount /coupon / refunds with out giving us a free donut for the huge inconvenience . Fernando was gracious enough to donate the donuts for our parent breakfast at PCA this morning! He truly has a heart for this... community! Very clean and place with a good vibe. Dine-in experience was good here, not very crowded or clumsy. Mini bagel bites are soo... amazing!! Their Mango Pineapple refresher is yum (with no caffeine, lemonade style) and hash brown is worth trying ???????? Read more
We didn't end up getting the donuts we wanted but we're not picky but mostly, I felt bad because there were only two workers... there and one of them was training. Three stars because that's just not fair to them especially when they're busy. It'sbasically one person working since the other hasnt even found their legs yet. Read more
It?s new, sleek. Seems fast in Drive Thru. I like that you can see the order on the screen. Inside is minimalistic, or maybe... they don?t have all the tables yet. You can see the prep area and it looks streamlined. Next time I?ll have to check my orderbetter. Hardly any cream cheese on the bagel and I didn?t taste the iced coffee with an extra shot to really taste the lack ofthe extra shot. Just some things a new store needs to work out. Read more
