Everyone I've interacted with here have all been friendly with me. They even made a fresh pot of sweet tea for my little guy at... the end of the day. The only reason I couldn't give them full 5 stars is because they always keep the inside freezing cold! Beaware that they do close early on Mondays, so that their kitchen staff can have a break because a lot of businesses in the areahave staffing issues. Read more

30 minute wait (no exaggeration) for a take-out order on a weeknight. Fuzzy's is definitely NOT fast food.We ordered tacos, and... a burrito and they were both decent quality and taste, but not worth that wait. There were about 6 staffs from what I saw, but Ithink they were short in the kitchen. The place wasn't even full, and 3 other groups waiting just as long as I had. I see thatFuzzy's is going for that Cabo Cantina, SoCal beach Mex vibe. It's cute, but I think the place needs some work with time oforder to when customers get their order. Read more

no quesadillas due to ?short on cheese?. but yet there was a girl employee sitting at front with chin in hand, doing nothing.... (Pic didn?t capture this) keep in mind this location is right next to Kroger. why wouldn?t manager send her to get cheese ratherthan take quesadillas off the menu for the day? looks like bad management to me. I came here for lunch durring the week, the place is clean and not busy at all. Service was fine even though clearly short... staffed. I didn't have any issues other than its really cold inside the restaurant. Food came out promptly and was pretty tasty.Tacos had plenty of meat and were correctly prepared. For a drop in lunch this was perfect and it was cheap. Read more

I had the worst experience at this Fuzzy?s location on Saturday night. Went in for dinner and ordered our food. Two adults and... three teenagers and our tab was about $60? fine. I ordered a chips and queso and a chips and guacamole. One kid went to thewindow to pick this up and came back to the table with chips, queso, and salsa. He sat down with it and I went to the window totell them we were missing the guacamole. I was told by Kayla, apparently the manager on duty, that I had been given queso andguacamole. I told her no, I had queso and salsa. She said, ?bring me the salsa and I?ll give you the guacamole, or I can chargeyou for the salsa.? I was shocked, and stated that the kids had probably already dug into it. I just needed my guacamole as itwas the restaurant?s mistake. She said that I needed to bring it back even if they had already had some so she could ?trash itand give me my guacamole? otherwise she would charge me for it. Again, I was stunned by this. Anyone else would have said, ?sosorry, our mistake. Here?s your guacamole and enjoy that salsa.? So I walked back to my table, grabbed the already partiallyeaten salsa, and had to walk it back to her so she could toss it in the trash rather than admit a mistake. I asked for themanager. She said she was. I asked for the owners contact information and she said she couldn?t give it out but pointed to asign with a number on it. I called the number right then and got an error message. So I emailed. I let the owner know about theincident, and then I emailed again after I got our food and the shrimp in my taco were inedible because they were burned sobadly (pictures attached). I told the owner in the email that I would like to be contacted before I posted a 1-star review. It?snow been over 48 hours and nothing. I will not be going back to that Fuzzy?s. No one in the store looked happy to be there, workers or patrons. Everyone seemed to be waiting on food. It was just a miserable place. I root for the lit Read more

9 dollar quesadillas, arrived cold after 1hr 10 minutes. No guacamole or sour cream, as served in dinning. Not to mention very... little filling at all. Buyer beware, I've never encountered an issue with dine in, delivery is a complete rip-off! Made anotherattempt, eat in this time. Left wishing I had just gone across the street to Dickies. Beef fajita Tacos looked good, but meathad no flavor, dry and tougher than beef jerky. This was my final attempt. Read more

1st visit to this location while visiting the Texas Tulips farm in Pilot Point (see separate review on Yelp 5 stars). We have... eaten at other Fuzzy locations in Collin county and we got excellent service and food like the other locations. Best part for mewas masks were optional for customers at this location. Restaurant is still practicing virus mitigation if that is important toyou. We each got one of the limited special tacos (see photo) which was excellent. Food served fast and hot. Worth another visitto this and other locations for their tacos. Yummy! Read more
