My family of 5 went on a Sunday afternoon around 1:30 or 2:00 for my birthday lunch after a baseball tournament. We sat at a... Hibachi grill. After we?d ordered our drinks, we took turns going to wash our hands in the restroom. The women?s restroom had nosoap. When I told someone about it, they couldn?t even figure out how to unlock the dispenser to refill the soap. They then wenton to tell me that they?d all been washing their hands at the bar. I wish I?d just left then since I was already disgusted. Ourhibachi chef didn?t try to do any sort of entertainment while he was cooking. It was the so bad that it was nearly laughable. Totry to make up for it, they tried to give my kids free Japanese sodas. We?ve never had a good experience at Hana but conveniencewon this time. We won?t be making that mistake again! Read more

The food was very good, much better than few other places ive been to, seating area was kinda small but the ventilation was... pretty good, the stake was on point, it was kinda pricy ( around $72 for 2 adults including tip) the decoration and furniturecould be improved for sure. Read more

Amazing sushi! The quality of the fish is outstanding here. Our sashimi literally melted like butter and the rolls were equally... tasty. We're super excited to have found a sushi place so close to our new home that we can go to whenever we crave deliciousfood. Great service, too! Thank you! Read more

This has been me and my boyfriend go to place for sushi the few months (we have tried a few places in between and always come... back to Hana.) We absolutely love sitting at the Sushi Bar, the sushi chefs are always super nice and accommodating, Lawrence isour go to man! He always welcomes us with a warm smile and has made us feel special each time we come in. The food quality isalways fresh and the same, the Hawaiian Roll is my personal favorite! I appreciate the fact every time we?ve come in, not onlyhas the food been great but the customer service as well. Definitely our #1 Sushi spot. (Don?t forget to tip your server as wellas the sushi chefs?? Especially when they treat you well) Read more

This place needs a serious deep cleaning. If the front of the house is this dirty I could only imagine what the back looks like.... Yuck! Their novel of a menu was sticky and wet (really hoping it was some sort of drink and not something else). Vents full ofdust, walls covered in dirt, and restrooms with no soap. Food was ok but nothing special. Our waiter was very kind and attentivebut our Hibachi chef was so cold we keep on looking at the chef behind him. The only interactions we had with the chef was himconfirming our orders twice. The chef behind him was funny and very talkative. That's usually been my experience with pervioushibachi chefs. I don't recommend this place. You can drive a little further and find something way better for what your payinghere. Read more

I wanted to like this place because it's so close to home but for the price you pay you can go to a lot of much better... restaurants. The rolls were good but very overpriced for the size you received they are more like half rolls. The calamari wasterrible. literally only came with 8 little pieces and it tasted like the frozen dinner box calamari you could get at your localgrocers freezer section. The fried rice was very good I must say. The drinks however were not good at all. Dinner for 2 came outto over 100 dollars with 2 rolls, appetizer and 1 drink each. I could go downtown and eat something upscale for that price. Thisplace is in a plaza next to a whataburger and a wal mart it's not a fancy restaurant it's loud full of kids and kinda dirty. Ijust don't see the justification of how they can charge that much for what it is that you are receiving. Read more

Disappointing food. Got take out for dinner from the place and will not try again. Takoyaki doesn't have a sphere shape and it... was lacking so many elements such as bonito flakes. Plus, the Takoyaki was not fully cooked; you could still feel the raw batterwhen eating it. Pad thai really lacked seasoning. The only thing you could taste is just sweetness and sourness. Pad thai wasnot savory at all. Sushi (tokyo roll) was just alright, not much comment about it. Ultimately, the tonkatsu ramen was a bigdisappointment. The broth from the ramen did not even taste like tonktasu. It lacked any richness. The egg was so hard and youcould tell it was not fresh. I don't recommend this place and i would recommend going to better ramen places in the Frisco areaat Preston. Read more
