My husband went and spent an hour trapped in the drive-thru (once you?re in, there is no way out). After being charged for what... he ordered, they provided us with much less food than ordered. This all happened after lunch time and before dinner. I triedcalling, more than once, and cannot get anyone on the phone. If you want to be ripped off and ignored, while spending yourprecious time in their drive-they, go to this location. Otherwise, go to a different location or establishment all together. Read more
I made a catering order and realized I needed to change the time of pick up. I called the store and the employee was so nice and... could change it without any problem. The morning that I was going to pick it up, another employee called me to inform me that Imade a mistake in the location. The employee was so incredibly kind and so helpful! When I went to pick it up, the same lady Italked to earlier in the day helped prepare my order and had it waiting for me with a big smile on her face. We have been to Panera at various locations but this location is the only place that consistently messes up your order. Two days... ago, we ordered a sausage & pepperoni pizza and got a margarita pizza instead. Today, went and got breakfast with, an egg whitesandwich with no egg white. Would go to the Preston location from now on and would suggest you check the item ordered at pickup. Read more
Every time I order takeout at this location, I?m always disappointed. It never fails that there?s an issue. Yesterday evening, I... ordered a half salad and broccoli and cheddar soup. I get to the window, after paying, they tell me that they don?t havebaguettes and replaced it with chips. If I would have known that prior to paying, I would have canceled my order. Then I gethome and the soup is like water. I couldn?t even eat it. I don?t understand why would you serve watery cheddar and broccolisoup. So disappointed and will not return. Read more

Extremely disappointed in the takeout service at this location. They messed up our order. We purchased and paid for 4 salads but... when we came home there were only two full size salads and the other two were small sized. I called them immediately and gavethem my order number and even suggested sending pictures of what we got. The lady on the phone got my order number, name andphone number and said someone will give me a call. It has been almost 7 hours since then and no one has called to correct thisproblem. I called them again around 9pm, an hour before their closing time and no one picked up the phone. Very disappointed!!! Read more
Best Panera Bread near 75068. The dining room was clean and being attended too. Courteous employees from the moment we walked in... the door until the moment we walked out the door. I had the half Ceasar Salad and half Steak and Cheese. Order was correct andprompt. By far this is the best Panera Bread in the vicinity of 75068. I highly recommend this Panera Bread location and I amdefinitely a return customer to this location! Read more
Didn?t look at the reviews before coming here and I should have. Waited a long time in line (was trapped for close to 30 minutes... in a short line) for food that did NOT taste good. Got a pick 2 with one being a sandwich one a Baja bowl with chicken. Couldnot chew through the crust on the sandwich but ate it anyway. The Baja bowl had corn in it which the picture did not show and ontop of that it tasted so bad I spit my second bite out in the bag and brought my food back inside. Was met with a nice girl whopassed me onto a very impolite manager who at the end of my complaint took my bowl off the counter and whipped it into the trashwith an attitude. Her name is Kiki. : ) what an awful waste of $25 and I will NEVER come back after that. I have been in theservice industry, and my partner is currently. I was very respectful, polite, and quiet throughout this situation and did notdeserve that. Kiki had an attitude with her body language before ever hearing me speak. I was given a flatbread pizza as areplacement for the Baja and only ate about half. The massive soggy tomato chunks ruined it and the same goes for the salad. Read more
