Just wanted to give a shout-out to the manager at this location (David) for really stepping up recently. I ordered a pizza for... lunch on 9/15/22 using the Papa John's app. Pizza Tracker said it would take 27-32 minutes. Nearly an hour later the status inthe app still said "Preparing"....apparently the Door Dasher picked up my order and decided s/he liked my pizza more than me. Icalled the store, not expecting much other than an "okay sorry we'll send another one" type of response. David got my order inthe oven almost immediately and had another Door Dasher waiting (who also texted me to let me know she was on the way). From thetime I hung up after speaking with David it couldn't have been more than 20 minutes until the pizza was at my door and was sohot you couldn't hold the bottom of the box. And to top it off David said he would refund the cost of the pizza for the trouble.Top notch customer service all around. Thanks, David! Read more
I thought I would try Papa Johns for the first time. I ordered for delivery online and the attendant was courteous and made sure... everything was correct on my order. She told me it would be close to an hour. I appreciate her truthfulness. I told her that wasfine. The driver had problems finding my address on his GPS. He called me and I gave him directions. The pizza arrived hot; notlike any other pizza I?ve had delivered. It was delicious and it?s true what they say about their fresh dough not frozen. Ordered a loaded pizza for a total of $27. Pepperoni, Canadian bacon, black olives, mushrooms, green peppers and extra cheese.... Sounds good huh! Well, we picked it up and it looked like the pic with insufficient toppings for what was requested and paidfor. I'm normally a pizza hut guy but thought I would give PJ'S a try. One and done. I have honestly never had an issue with this store until tonight. So I called and spoke with Matthew, a manager. The man is... awesome! It isn?t just because he upgraded my sandwiches and threw in a Pepsi on the house, but he didn?t see me calling as acomplaint but as a way to improve their customer service! Hr late order. They claim they do not even know what doordash carrier has my order. What a junk company. Who doesn?t know where... $80 worth of food is?!! I didn?t order through doordash! Nothing but problems with this store. Nothing like having a party andit being ruined! Answer from the kid who answered the phone ?he makes minimum wage?. Basically, he does not care.
