Service is good and not much wait time. It's refreshing but taste is ok not exceptional.
HANDS DOWN my favorite morning spot not only for the amazing smoothies but the ladies who work the morning time make my day... everytime with there smile and happy presence in the morning they always start my day off right and even listen when I'm havinga bad day and come in there and vent . More like a flys king, place was full of fruit flys around the fruits and mixers, while all powder supplements left open not... covered. Floors were dirty, trash everywhere. Can?t go wrong with the smoothy though but maybe a different location. Read more
I am sitting in the Prosper Smoothie King now. Only 1 young lady in front of. She is trying to work on walk-in guests and online... orders. She has asked several times for people in the back to come help and they ignore her. She is great and still is smiling.Management needs to put the foot down and make these young people learn a good work ethic. Read more

Great smoothies! Fast, friendly service ....
After waiting for over 20 mins, l was told they couldn?t find my receipt. This was interesting especially since the 2 people who... were before me and 5 who came after me got their drinks. Plus, get this! The server who took my order actually asked me if lwanted my receipt!!!! Unfortunately for me, l figured all was well and said no. To cut a long story short, even after giving itanother 10 mins, my order was still not made. At the end of my patience and angry at myself that l didn?t leave sooner, l wentto cancel the order and miraculously, both drinks were produced. Being the only person of color there, I was nearly inclined tothink they racist. But no, l think that?s what happens when you hire a bunch of high school students who don?t know whatcustomer service is. No apologies, no sorry about the mixup, etc. Nothing. A couple of the servers were actually laughing at mewith their friend who came to visit. Needless to say, never ever coming here again. Read more
