Worst Sonic ever! Ordered 2 drinks and a small tater tot. Arrived at 5:30 and left at 5:48. Manager had no clue what was... going on or I am not even sure he was the manager. Worst experience. First, I felt rushed when ordering food. Then when we received it, the chicken strips were burnt and the cups... were wet from soda. Like, why weren't they wiped off before being brought out. I kindly asked for them to give me a refund onthe chicken strip dinner only and asked for the original receipt back. I waited 5 minutes with no response and pushed the buttonfor assistance. I was told it was refunded but I couldn't get a new receipt or the original. Like wth, no sir. I asked for themanager and here comes someone with a receipt saying I was fully refunded. I appreciate the gesture but the experience wasruined by that time. Read more

I pulled in to the speaker at 10:05 pm. It is now 10:41 pm and not one single worker has come on the microphone. The workers I... see here are too busy playing around with their friends in the front area. They go back inside and get on their phone. I parkedright by the window so I literally see them doing nothing. I get out and go to the door to ask if the microphone button isbroken and inform them I?ve been waiting for over 20-30 minutes. They apologize and say they are short staffed. I understandbeing short staffed but when the employees are on their phone and horsing around with their friends I think it?s wrong. Beingshort staffed is one thing but being short staffed and still have your employees it working is another thing that I believe isinappropriate. The franchise owner should really get a hold of this location, in my opinion. Read more

Ugh. These people. We have had several less than spectacular experiences here, which is no fun because I love the sonic food... usually. However, they are almost always very slow, even with the simplest orders. They have gotten our orders wrong lots,including today when we ordered mozzarella sticks, a Dr Pepper, and a Red Bull slush with bursting bubbles. We waited quite awhile, and when it came after about 15 minutes of waiting at least, the carhop said Red Bull slush with bubbles, but it wasn?tthe color of the Red Bull slush, and it didn?t have the bubbles. I?m pretty sure they got it wrong, because it tasted like greenapple. Also, one time we were there, and the woman taking our order literally made us repeat the order five times because shecouldn?t understand. The girl who took our order asked us to repeat everything 2-3 times. We tried to order a number 1 combo with onion rings and a... Diet Coke as well as popcorn chicken. They had no onion rings, no popcorn chicken, and no carbonation for any beverages. Thefood I did get was cold, and Alana who brought the order out to the car purposefully took the receipt off the bag. I'm prettysure the reason was so that we couldn't take the survey on the bottom. The management team is this sonic should read thesereviews and do something about the level of service their customers are receiving. Unacceptable. Read more

I asked which size mozzarella sticks were on the happy hour menu and the guy said they only had drinks on the happy menu. I... mentioned the picture has snacks listed and a picture of mozzarella sticks. He said they don't offer food on the happy hourmenu. Not the first time we have had poor service at this location. I haven't been here for awhile and I don't think I will be going back anytime soon. This store is cutting some corners. No... cherries or limes in the "ades" , they were out of onion rings ( isn't that one of your staples?), The Oreo blast barely had anyOreos, and my poor kid got the saddest looking grilled "cheese"- he didn't eat it.
